Jesus say's I am the way, follow me. What did Jesus do for 40 days and 40 nights? I am going through a time of uncertainly and change (all negative changes unfortunately). I was about to cry and something told me to check what Joel has posted recently. As usual, it’s a message I needed to hear today.

Thank you for your persistence. 10 years ago I would have had nothing to do with religion of any kind. Now, I am saved and with the woman of my dreams trying to build a family and spread the word. Thank you God!

I’ve observed that bad voice in my thoughts and realized that’s not me. I wanted to share that with others but didn’t know how to explain it.. as I was listening to Joel yesterday in the live worship… he said it perfectly!!! THE ENEMY IN YOUR THOUGHTS!!!!!!! Joel’s words are TRUTH! Im working at a dream job! God has moved mountains for me since I gave my life to Jesus! It takes time, trust the process and learn to wait well. Ive seen God work every single adversity out for my good. Have faith, trust God even when you dont understand.. He will blow your mind!! Its all worth the wait! Be obedient and keep him first. I lost my job without any reason, I was desperate didn’t know what to do next , was in a foreign country. I spent two months home ,just hopeless. Jesus say's I am the way, follow me. What did Jesus do for 40 days and 40 nights? The bible says he fasted and prayed but I mean if you put 2 and 2 together I believe the word backs that he studied the word also during this time. Jesus fasted 40 days there's 39 old testament books now if you think about it there 39 books in the bible maybe one day for each book and on the 40th day make an assessment before he was tested by the devil all the while fasting and praying. I believe this makes so much sense because in every response Jesus replied to the devil he replied. ("it is written") so again 2 plus 2 IT IS WRITTEN 3 times he replies not to mention every reply is written in the old testament scriptures. So if you ask me me Jesus uses this method to defeat the enemy I believe Jesus was showing us through this that may be a powerful way for us to conquer our devil. I believe Jesus was showing us what we can do to follow him he's showing us a powerfull step in the process. So obviously we cannot not eat for 66 days I think unleavened bread and water sacrificing McDonald's lol! Some people can read faster than others, I think it's a 66 book fasting challenge you know no one can go 66 days on unleavened bread and water but who know's. So take up your cross and follow a step that Jesus has developed for us to use can't get over the hump maybe this will get you over the hills not saying it will make us perfect or that something is wrong with your walk of salvation I just think every Christian should give it a go what would Jesus do? I woke up very discouraged this morning and had a heavy feeling on my heart . And today is a big day for me to Pop-up for my business . I related with the story about the young lady who moved to America and took care of children in Chicago . I am that young lady who God brought to Chicago and who’s taking care of children as a nanny as well , all alone in this country with no family . But I understand Gods plan now !
