Did this a few months back…I walked through the door and was in a funeral service…a big photo of a person I couldn’t see and everyone turned around as if they KNEW I was there…I walked up the middle row and a woman walked up to me and with a loud voice said YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE…and I was pushed out the door…fast forward…my dad took his laugh breath on this earth June 3rd 2021 and in the service there was a big photo of him made by my sister…I know now that I went and seen my father’s service before he passed away

I don't think that I did too well as I walked through the door because I became too emotional as I looked for myself/my mother. I can't stop crying. This is the first time I truly grieved for the loss of my mother. I was so angry with my dad because I was denied the love and care of my mom. That was a heavy and sad feeling that I have carried all my life but I could hear her/me say release me and I have. I guess my tears is my way of setting us free. She died when I was 16 and I am 66. That's a long time to grieve without release. Thank you for this release of us.

I saw myself living in poor conditions by a body of water in a home made of branches and watched my brother get abused by my father. I also ended up being knifed by my father. I was a prepubescent boy with darker skin. It was night time. But now I do feel better and more energized and like I have more clarity. In this life I remember being very very young and externally grateful for my own bed, a safe home and loving parents, like it was a new bountiful life for me. Perhaps I just need to reset back to this gratitude. This just brought some clarity, thank you!!

I have had a weight problem since childhood. I walked onto a scene in which there was a pale yellow house in the woods. It was sunny. The House was in the shade. It felt like it used to be a very nice house but now it is a very poor house with dark windows with dark red shutters with no coverings on the windows. I saw a small blonde girl about 4 years old who was very thin. She was crying while sitting on a stump in the front of the house. She said she was very hungry and there was no food. Her mother was inside the house and lying down pregnant with a son. She has no money and can not provide for her and her unborn brother. I don’t know what happens to the little girl. I have to leave. I was a normal sized blond girl. I was born to a lower middle class family. We always had plenty to eat. My brother was born just before my 4 th birthday. My mother’s entire attention was turned to the baby boy. I was left to my own devices. No love, no affection. I felt guilty all of the time because mom blamed me for everything, it seemed. By the time I was 5 and in Kindergarten, I had gotten fat and had a overeating disorder. I was eating to cope with the stress, shame and my loveless existence. The little starving girl was me. In this existence, I was starving for love, acceptance, and affection. Instead, I used food this time to cope with my problems because there was food to be had. Something that I had wished for in another existence. Thank you for this tool. I will definitely use it again. ☮️💟Debbie

I saw myself in the 18th century having brunch with some ladies in a garden at my house. They asked me about my husband. I told them he left for another trip and he hasn't replied to any of my letters. They said he takes alot of those in a critical way. I said yes and removed myself to go cry in the restroom. I fixed my hair and returned like nothing happened. Wow amazing experience!!

I had an experience from my youth, the one thing I wanted to change. I took the keys away from Brett and he lived. This time he slept on my parents couch, and my parents weren't even mad that we were out drinking. Brett's mom didn't have to lose her only child. I gave him back to her. He lived and went on to become a lawyer and made his mother proud, he took care of her in her old age. It is done.

Thanks burt this is the second time ive done this. I find it very helpful. 20 mins ago i was ready to just absolutely destroy something or someone. I suffer from severe anxiety panic attacks and anger problems. The first time i done this i was stoned 10 months ago abd felt the experience was more out of body. But having an open mind and trying again this really does work. Both times ive walked through that door i seen myself on the couch the night i left my family. With both sons sitting on my lap...my eldest rubbing my shoulder whispering into my ear " dad its ok..dont listen to mum shes just being silly" whilst she was arguing/ yelling at me from the kitchen. I seen myself telling my sons that this is no environment for them to grow up in and thats why i am leaving. Right now is the calmest ive felt in years (chemical free no valium) Thankyou for the experience Thankyou.

This was startlingly insightful! In the past life, I was a man condemned, walking to the electric chair. Innocent, defeated, scorned: when he said to change the scene, a guy came running up. Not sure the details, but I was declared innocent and released of the charges. There was a crying woman, I believe I ended up in her arms. Interestingly, I've known what an electric chair was long before I ever had any business knowing. I'm talking a little kid 4 or 5, without the words to describe it: and my family didn't have a TV in the house at all, so it's not like I heard stuff. Plus, in the early 70s, the death penalty wasn't even being practiced, and Oregon where I lived has never had an electric chair. In the 90s, when the Internet was new, I finally researched it to find out if what I thought was correct. And yup, the details matched what I remembered. Plus, I was terrified as a little kid of anything that buzzed. Made me feel all tingly and smell ozone, though of course a little kid wouldn't know what that all was. Also, I've always had trouble being accepted, being too much or too little, feeling like I'm on the outside of things. Only in recent years have I given any thought to reincarnation. He's right, you are refreshed afterward, but I think the insight from this experience will come to me for days, weeks, however long it takes. Thank you! In case you noticed a lack of color and other visual descriptors in this comment, I'm completely blind. Presuming I used to see in my past life, but I've always been blind in this life, so there's the reference. This is great information to have! The constant fear of being falsely accused, the constant inner feeling like an outcast, even in situations where, according to me at least, that didn't make sense I should feel like that. I'm a meditation musician now, and I believe this unblocking can only help me with the music, and life in general. Again, thank you! From the bottom of my heart! With sincerest gratitude, Dave Leo Baker

I totally believe in reincarnation and that we decide before we come to earth on our bodies, our story, our relationships. With Divine guidance, of course. You put yourself into a trance state and had a past life regression sans the therapist. So fascinating! Just finished reading Michael Newton PhD’s trilogy of books about life between lives. Journey of Souls, Destiny of Souls and Life Between Lives. Such great information as my husband recently passed away and I’m on the hunt to meet him in Higgs Field (quantum physics stuff). Good luck with your music! I’m going to give this a try and we’ll see!!

So I downloaded this to my meditations folder on KZread a while ago. I’ve got about 50 different meditations that I listen to and will organize them to go from one to another as I sleep. I haven’t used this one before and it randomly got thrown in the mix last night. It ended up turning into a dream of me being at a conference and the guy narrating was the speaker. The dream took on many forms and became lucid a few times.… One of those times being when he mentions the door and at first it looked like a modern glass door to a store and I didn’t like it so I made it morph into a really old looking wooden door that would be something from an ancient Elven structure. At one point in the dream I was back in the conference hall where he was speaking and he was counting backwards to something and I passed out on the bench I was sitting on as he counted backwards. It was a very interesting and really cool experience and I’m looking forward to doing it while awake!

This was awesome, at first i was a little nervous but this isn't what i was expecting... it was even better! in my passed life i was a native american sitting by a fire picking some things off the floor. (not sure what, maybe dishes i think i was cleaning up after dinner or a early breakfast) I also saw children dancing around the fire as well. i peeked open my eyes the slightest bit when we were observing what was happening (before the fast forward activity), and was amazed... i wasn't in my room. or at least that's not what i saw, i saw the sun rising. the sky was dark black-ish blue and was fading into a lighter blue as it came down to the surface. on the surface i also saw the shadows of canyons. I was with out a doubt outside. this amazed me. i wont forget this. and fr the weight that has just been lifted is unbelievable. I think one thing this experience screamed out to me was "there is always tomorrow" the sunrise indicated that very clearly. i think that relates to my recent struggles a lot :)

This was an amazing experience. Prior to the jump I saw nature, mountains, and trees at wintertime. When I proceeded through the door, My dopleganger was from 2006 and I became a child swimming underwater, momentarily surfacing and then beneath the surface again. I sensed I was panicing while in the water. My dopleganger apeared happy prior to that.

Hello Burt this is S here I really loved your video. I happen to be a guy living in a troubled part of the middle east with issues faced every day. When I joined your exercise. I saw a burly man of myself living in either israel or cyprus as a delivery guy with no emotion and as a regular tough guy going about his day to day work. I don't know if that's what I need but it definitely strikes some truth into something I want to become in order to live in a macho middle eastern society. Tanx

I saw all the things and negative people that affected my life. All what they did played out before me. It was sad, real sad. it was very emotional. I asked myself how and why such people came into my life. I was naive and trusting. I can never be that way again.

This video provides a deep sense of the meditative state, the guided part of the visu.lization experience was a little confusing. The good news is Burt supplys you with a 15 step, then hallway and door as the preparation starting point to actually step out into the infinite possibilities of the mind. Wonderful technique. I am going to work with this and guide myself through the process Thanks Burt I can manage it from here. :) Shawn Sun

I saw movement but nothing specific. When Burt said to speed up the scene and observe again, I still didn't see anything, yet the corners of my mouth started to turn down, down, down. Then I experienced the most crushing heartbreak feeling within my heart and soul! Quite a devastating feeling actually. (I have never experienced that feeling in this life). Just as tears started to well up in my eyes, it was time to go back through the door.

I micro-dosed psilocybin and meditated to interstellar music before doing this. The trick is to just follow his voice. There is no wrong in what you see. I opened the door and was on what I think to be a be a cliff and just saw eagle wings in the very beginning and clouds pass by. Will certainly try this again. More shall be revealed 🤩

Thank you Burt, I had a very interesting experience. I have worked in Zimbabwe and with Cambodian Trust and wanting to do more work with these people in their countries. The biggest thing that has held me back is financing it. I found it interesting when going into past life that I saw myself as a poor person begging for help. So now I see that I have to go in and see myself now with as having abundance and helping and healing these people.

I saw myself, I was on a highway in a car that had crashed. I was conscious at first. Then I saw all the ppl gathered around frantic. They didn’t know what to do. I then died. Soul left my body. Rescue came to get me out of the car to work on me. I didn’t want to leave the spirit world/heaven. I was fighting to stay, it was beautiful, I was pain free! I think I went back to my body and realized that is why I have chronic pain every day. I love to heal this. I’ll keep trying so I can re do that seen maybe? Idk

That was a weird experience but felt like very real. I was kind of locked in a tower, stone made, view over the sea, high above.... sun light warming the stone floor. I was not sure why exactly I was there....refused to get married and spend the rest of my life in this room, alone but did not feel lonely. I enjoyed just watching trough the cast iron bars, felt the metal bars and the warmth coming from the sun rays touching my face, smell the air....I developed my senses in this lifetime immensely because all my life was that. Felt so good when I left the body and was flying freely...Nice.🙏💗
