Completely agree! It's an interesting quote isn't it? Most people chase after goals and that is usually wishful thinking. Implement systems.. in business and in life... the goals will follow and more importantly be sustained.

The book "Deep Work" by Cal Newport said the same thing. Set up system to achieve goal

I love SOPs, it's finding the time I struggle with... and knowing what to prioritise.

Then you’re doing too many things! Focus on a few things first! Ideally one thing at a time. Get it right. Monetise, systematise, SOP, delegate. Add new thing. Rinse. Repeat. If you don’t have the time then you’ve moved on to the next step too fast without passing go!

How can you turn a list of processes into sop? Procedures by definition are part od processes. They are about how to do particular steps within processes.
