Ordered B&W ball kit... they used a courier service who has the worst reviews we've seen so far in the business... they shipped to item to north of Qc. We are in Ontario. They just make excuses. will we ever get the package? (doubt it). They probably don't deliver in Ontario. losing time and money. Should have stayed with Amazon. Stay away from this company. Never again
