Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

I'm completely new to trading stock market. I've watched numerous tutorials, but I'm still struggling to grasp the concepts. I'm eager to learn the ropes properly, and you seem to have a good handle on it. Those charts just confuse me. My goal is to become a profitable trader, but I'm uncertain how to implement risk management strategies. Since joining a trading channel, I've already lost $62k. I'm baffled by how people actually make significant profits in trading.

You're not doing anything wrong, you just don't have the required skillset to profit off a down market, folks that are making profit in this market are pros and experts with in-depth knowledge and skillset.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

Pranjalbhai, Kem cho? hul, asian paints, colgate, Bajaj finance, hdfc bank etc.., all these companies are very good, decent but see the returns overall since last 3 years, all are under performing with margin to index also....(forget about small/midcap for now) So why don't only invest in mutual funds or index fund safely instead of taking risk by investing in few such giant companies only which are good but not beating the benchmark ? I remembered your words to invest in the companies that you really know and the products that you use. I have followed the same advice for US stocks and now I’m growing at a good rate, nearly at 13% with META and NVIDIA at around 50% and 30% respectively. While my Indian Mutual Funds are at around 14% growth. However I’m at 20% loss at TESLA but I’m sure this’ll go up soon. My goal is to be wealthy not money hungry. I’m 19 and started investing last April.

It's very true. As I am from Industrial engineering background, my portfolio along with my wife, all investment I am doing to industries only. No Banks. But yes railways, since I am attached with their expansion as well as infra projects. If I am attached with Tata power, SAIL, Tata Motors, BHEL kind of companies and i know much advance where they could get projects since I am being involved at DPR level I am completely into it only. And am happy with my decision, except adani power, left too early after bagging quite hefty profit & ITC. Too much monotonous 😊.. left it

I left Railway equities on nearly proper time with profit. But re-entry was not perfect at all 😅... Down by around 10% now. But it's ok. I learnt in a very hard way between the difference between an investor and a trader

(1) nps for 30yr (expected returns 10%), we wll get 30% tax benefit also. (2) Or sip in equity for 30yr (which is expected to give atleast 15% returns.
