It's been like that for decades. If it is Youngstown. The abandoned buildings need to be torn down. This is a country wide problem. They are mostly bank owned. Force them to keep them up or pay to have them removed. I don't get how they get away with this. As a home owner they will go after you for not mowing your lawn in most places. But banks can just throw people out and let properties sit in disrepair.

@@apocyldoomer I ended up watching interviews of people on the streets of Philadelphia, Kensington Ave. There are also videos of places in California showing people on drugs there. Where is all the supposed "compassion" these lefties claim to have? Just letting those people live in the streets like that. In fact many of the things they promote helps put those people in that situation.
