This band just simply cannot create anything less than perfection, seriously blows my mind how unique and beautiful every last song is that they put out

This song gave me peace after losing a friend from a car wreck. I waited for days for him to call and finally got the call that he was gone. RIP moe

Thank you for posting the lyrics, helps me learn the song. What a gorgeous song is it too.

So it might just be because I'm high but when I listen to this I don't think he's talking about someone calling him I think it's him trying to call himself back, like he misses his former self when he says, "when I was just a boy by the phone" he wants to reunite with his own youth.
