@Bryan Perez Ofc she did. What has his tire business to do with that? She taught him about business. It's even mentioned in this video. So Idk how you can deny that. She taught him about business on several occasions. Teaching someone isn't the same as bringing someone into a business. Oh and about the tire business: Mandy's dad probably got him into that. Since the dad is in the tire business. And he and Georgie are getting along. It's even hinted already that Georgie wants to learn about the tire business from Mandy's dad. And Mandy's das said he'd love that.

There are two Ghostbusters actors in this show AND two VO actors for Toy Story in the show - Annie Potts who plays Meemaw played Janine Melniz in GB1, GB2, GB Afterlife and GB: The Video Game as well as McKenna Grace who plays Phoebe Spengler in Afterlife and Firehouse and Annie Potts did the voice for Bo Peep in Toy Story alongside Wallace Shawn who plays Dr Sturgis in Young Sheldon.

Everyone needs a Grandma like Connie .

I rather liked BangTheory`Meemaw'. Played by JuneSquibb, I appreciated how June's `Meemaw' challenged Amy & provided a confrontation to Sheldon&Amy where they had to reaffirm their commitment. I can see it as consistent with Meemaw's Will to accost her grandchildren to cause them to validate their direction.
