There's no doubt this man is a seasoned carpenter. His extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and his impressive collection of professional tools are undeniable proof. He's even passed on his expertise to his wife, who's become quite skilled herself. Most people would be hard-pressed to match his tool collection or woodworking know-how. Their finished work is truly exceptional, showcasing a clear understanding of both aesthetics and functionality. Well done

Seeing more about the electrical and plumbing set up would be great. Nice conversion though and more videos like this would be awesome.

I am left wondering how many of these do it yourself van conversions end up exceeding the maximum permissible weight of 3.5 tonne for this class of vehicle; even without fuel, occupants, and their personal stuff? There have been incidents where professional horse box manufacturers have built overnight accommodation boxes that without a horse onboard outweigh their 7.5 tonne service weights. Some of the components added to the van would make me very nervous about being stopped by a ministry of transport inspection team!

Personally I would put the bathroom facilities as far away from the driving compartment as possible. I wouldn't build a camper van though. I'd build a travel van, meant not so much for living as for traveling in, wih a toilet and the ability to do some light cooking, eating and cleanup after.

For me, this camper is way too small, maybe a lifting roof or sliding sides. Shooting with a wide-angle lens is not enough.

Maybe you need a RV. Camper vans are meant to be small foot print, go anywhere and/or stealth. You can buy older RVs and renovate them.

Hahaha... you're not asking for too much... just a sliding roof was it?🤔 The guy who did the work on this is so talented that I bet he could've done it! Maybe he can add it later?

@@anniewardlow9297 yes, he will add it later when he is sure that the camper is too tight to rest
