I quit Tarkov 2 years ago, it was a great game but after a few of the players showed how easy it was to hack and buy cheats some of my questionable deaths became less questionable, and I simply can't be bothered putting time in a game where people will just cheat and steal all your gear you've worked a long time for. I seriously loved the game, but the devs refusing to work out a proper anti-cheat system killed it for me

Not even an anti cheat they just need an after raid kill cam but Nikita doesn’t want to (I think because it’ll prove how fucked his game i. But that’s just my opinion) and when asked about it Nikita said it would take at least 6 months which I’m sure is bs because he started mumbling and then said because they need a place to store the clips but 😮even if it was only the last two games u could watch before they got deleted unless u saved it. That small change would be huge and I’m sure everyone who gets suspiciously clapped would watch the last game just to see

A year pior to this vid another one has made something similar and after that i adapted to wiggle at every sound. It was absolutely crazy how often they just responded, voiping and turned friendly. Some even said they are scared of the double barrel with rip rounds, I started carrying as secondary, because they had no leg protection. But after some time I realized, that I'm not playing a hardcore survival shooter, I was playing a meta game "trick and scare cheaters away" And playing against radar users or crazy cheaters just is not the type of game i wanted to play. I got into SPT and with a lot of mods you realy can tune every aspect of the ai, and the server, like xp rates and loot. But the best thing is loading into the raid 1 minute, raid timer 120 minutes and instant search (no more sitting and waiting for loot to unveil for 5 minutes per raid) -> actually playing the game more. I let some friends. that also play tarkov, test when they were over, had a char with endgame gear prepared and no one noticed that it was not the life version. The advanced ai is insane. They use cover and blindfire. they use group tactics, some are rats and hide, some are chads and push their own grenades. They have more waypoints, roam in more areas. I tuned SPT so crazy that my survival rate is lower than in the life version ,, but It's still way more fun. Mostly because even the ai has no unfair advantage like radar, to avoid you or set you up. But still the SPT ai sometimes is hidden and gets the jump on me. With mods you can even set the HP amount for the ai and give everyone helmets, making it way more chalanging. God the life ai is so bad..

You just don't, it's actually not possible. There's no risk to the game, and the risk is where the fun is. If you manage to die to the bots in Tarkov, you're braindead. Yeah I’m only playing SPT from this point on, I use the co op mod to plays with other. Good way to support the modding community and people who actually care about the game, Mod makers have use tools that aren’t pacifically for Tarkov and somehow still make the game better then BSG 😂.

Gotta request a refund and discontinue your preorder. They state when you purchase the game you are placing a preorder with early access as a bonus, so under EU, US, UK and AU laws you can end that preorder if the product is not delivered in a reasonable time frame unless you agreed to the time frame.

@@hellishcyberdemon7112 afaik you only need to have all the install files and a functional launcher. You can otherwise not have access (knowing Nikita, he will probably just ban anyone that gets a refund) and still use SPT.

I never started this game. It takes too much time. I cannot quit either because I never started. You're right about me as well 😂

You are right.. I haven't quit. However, I did upgrade from EoD to SPTarkov. Since then, I have not had a single cheater in my games and tons of DLC for free!

I never bought EoD because I was afraid the game would stop developing before a single DLC came out, or I’d be playing something else by the time they actually did release anything. However SPT lets me play as if I had EoD for my $45 initial purchase and I’ve been very happy with that.

@@KainRazielMT EOD account was bought years ago, 3000 hours played and enjoyed, that's my monies worth. I haven't bought the new edition. BSG's views on development and monetisation no longer align with my own, so I stop playing. Quite simple. EOD cost me around £130, 3000 hours played, £0.04 an hour. That's good rate of return but then maths would be hard for someone like you, who is clearly and ironically, delusional. I'm not defending BSG, quite the opposite, I'm walking away from their product.

Everyone's a little rough on grayzone right now. Some of us still remember what the first month of tarkov looked like, it was way way worse.

Uninstalled at the beginning of last wipe when people could crouch walk and make 0 sound. They fixed that 2 weeks ago. It took them MONTHS to fix easily one of the most gameplay breaking bugs to exist. It's been uninstalled since and this just solidifies my decision.

So depends how good you are at FPS games. If you are very good you’ll enjoy EFT a lot. It’s by far the best shooter out there (most satisfying). If you suck at these games you may not have fun. I’ve been here since the early days, I bought EOD and got the $95 upgrade for Unheard, and neither bother me. I have 3,000-4,000+ hours across 7 years between EFT and Arena, and NO OTHER GAME has given me that much fun in almost a decade only having to pay once for $120 (sale for EOD) and then another $95 7 years later for Unheard. I’ve gotten my money 600x. EFT isn’t for everyone, but if you’re a skilled player and have good hand eye coordination and reaction speed, EFT is the best out there. 🤷🏻‍♂️

For a solid four years, I was deep in the trenches of Tarkov. It had me hooked, unable to tear myself away. But lately, the itch to play just hasn't been there. I reckon it's a mix of growing tired of the same old routine and simply not having the time to commit like I used to. I've only got a handful of hours to spare for gaming, and waiting around for ten minutes just to hop into a raid isn't cutting it anymore. Don't get me wrong, Tarkov's a gem, but I'm ready to see what other developers can bring to the table in this genre. It was a strange feeling when I realized I wasn't interested in Tarkov anymore and found myself abstaining from gaming altogether for a bit. But now, there's a spark of excitement building up for some upcoming titles: Greyzone Warfare and Arena Breakout.

Single player tarkov SPT is an awesome and free mod you can play with your homies and mod everything else.

I actually thought I was done playing for this wipe about 2 months in and this controversy had managed to drag back into this game

I wont quit it. I just installed SPT and it's insane how fun it is. Some mods like SAIN make AI just amazing.

I bought the standard Edition in 2016. So glad I never upgraded.

I officially quit EFT 2 wipes ago, I always want to play every wipe...but if you dont play that first 2-3 days of the wipe its pointless...its the most fun...but even that isn't enough... if I need my EFT fix now I just play SPT with some mods (QoL stuff) and after a few hours my fix is done and I move on with my day/life for a little while longer.

i fully agree with you spudy... although id play cycle:frontier over any other game any day !

I don't need to quit, i've got SPT AKI, I can turn it off and on with no issues, as long as BSG EFT keeps getting updates so will SPT, plus i have unlimited mods and if i so desire, maybe a dip into the MPT pool
