Yah building homes right next to each other with hardly any driveway space. Nothing like older builds with nice size backyards as well.

You won't find it online, from a rep with one of the builders who attended city meetings. I would expect an official announcement next year, at least from what I've been told. Whole Foods, Axum Coffee and Crooked Can were the three I was informed that committed to that development. If I hear anything before then, I'll update with a video as well

Because all of a sudden Minneola is a is an extension of clermont! When we looked for a house in 2014 there was like 3 properties for sale and now look at it!

Whole Foods coming to Minneola? That is actually amazing news! Might Trader Joe’s be next? 👀 And a Chipotle? Horizon West doesn’t even have one lol. Minneola is gonna be the it location pretty soon.

Definitely! Doubt the Trader Joe’s as there’s only one grocer on the master plan but maybe nearby…you never know 😅

Growth is always tough, and sometimes may be need to be under control. Voice your concerns with the city council, that has made some progress.

There's a Whole Foods in Altamonte as well

Me neither like I said in the video which is why I was pretty hesitant about saying but….I did reach out multiple times to the source and was assured that crooked can, Whole Foods and Axum have committed to the area. I then confirmed that it was okay to share and got the green light. I’ll update the video right away if anything has changed but right now it seems fairly concrete.
