You can get that a range, which a keeps it in V8 mode all the time, so it doesn’t shut off for cylinders you lose a little bit of your fuel economy but you don’t have to worry about the lift or collapsing. I bought one for my truck.

Sadly many people using those devices still had lifter failure. It does not prevent the lifter from failing. Lots of articles online about it

Gotta get the non dod lifters and valley cover. Parts and labor are pretty pricey.The reason I got rid of the G8 gt for a vehicle with a non dod engine.

To do a DOD delete properly, you have to pull the engine or at least pull all the radiator stuff... and replace the cam, lifters, ECT and tune the ECM for non-DOD duty...

I still laugh to myself sometimes when Randy was looking at that RV and was saying how bad it smelled and there was that perfect body outline on the mattress, bahahaha

Hi Randy, It's possible to permanently delete GM's active fuel management with a normal camshaft and lifters. Should be pretty reliable after that. Also, it's really easy to put a trailer brake controller in these, either the wiring for it is under the dash, or it just plugs in also under the dash

The Camaro's windshield leaked around the seal, hence the tape, and water got in and pooled up in the rear view mirror mount cover.. still a nice car, just needs a little bit of work. Probably the most expensive fix on that car is the windshield since is has HUD, those windshields run over $500..

Impalas and Malibus are ghetto luxury. I should know I had one. 😂😂

That air filter on that Camaro was a cheap aftermaket that wasn't long enough to reach the air box. So 🇲🇽 stuck another filter on it to make it fit. Looks great love it😂

Impalas are definitely not luxury cars nice budget friendly sedans with some premium features at best,the sister brand Buick doesn’t even make such claims 🤣 cool content nonetheless 💯

Depends what year..Did you know Mercedes and BMW were not luxury cars until the 1980's...50's,60's,70's they were just European cars pretty spartan cars too..not much luxury...The luxury meaning changed in the 80's where stiff seats,stiff ride and less flash was luxurious.

I had a 11 LT with the 3.5... made numerous trips from PA to FL and regularly got 30MPG-ish... unfortunately by 117k it was rotted out, and I babied that car!

On the ram, when they put the mileage down, they accidentally saw it in kilometers not miles. If you can snag it for cheap, it's a great deal!

I wish they still made the Impala. The new Malibu is only available with the little ecotec 4 cylinder and CVT which doesn't make sense to me.

They probably need to find the time

All the cars with the odometer discrepancies were just switched to km or miles. You can do the conversions yourself, the odo setting must have been switched when they came into auction.

That 2023 RAM 1500 was involved in a Police chase. The damage on the right rear is when it was pitted. The Cop car went up in the air when it pitted. The front damage is when it hit the inner guard rail. It was pitted on an off ramp at about 40mph. The front tire was punctured by a spike strip.

Have you checked oil prices lately $76.50 a barrel gas will be going up

That 2023 Ram could have been a stolen vehicle or an insurance job.

For me, it was the opposite about two years ago when I was stuck driving my mom's old 2001 Accord for six months. Every time I'd go to a drive-thru, I'd have to open the door. I have a 2014 Sentra now.

Hundred plus degree heat, ninety nine percent humidity and a huge asphalt parking lot full of cars. No one can say this isn't a tough job.

That start up hemi tick doesnt necessarily mean a cracked exhaust. It could be nornal lifter rattle on startup.

Hey randy you can get the plug and play remote start module that uses your factory remote to start it . Just press lock 3x to start . Super easy install by using a t harness.

I got a malibu too and its not a luxury car by no means, and I have the 2.0t. Mines is the top trim and I bought it cause it was a good deal. Randy you told him right I guess him mad now🤣🤣🤣. Hello Randy. The 2018 Chevrolet Suburban is a good looking SUV. The Ram 1500 Larimer is a good looking truck.

I get it about towing with a gas engine. I have a 2020 Silverado 1500 5.3 (it's really all I need) and when I am towing my camper I get between 8-10mpg.

24:22 I purchased a pre-owned Ranger earlier this month, and i was staggered by how poorly some people treat there vehicles, so many looked like you had thrown a dog and a cat inside and slammed the doors shut ... i commented on this to one salesman and he just shrugged and said its common, the older i get the more i realise that becoming a hermit is not such a bad idea. BTW i found one Ranger with a very tidy interior and brand new Toyo's at each corner, it had a few outside scuff's (but it is 10 years old) ... its in the driveway

My company bought DAA in OKC, behind the scenes it's a shtshow , not surprised about the mileage error on that Ram's inventory label. We have to send some people down to clean up the operations there.

There is one reason I won't send my own cars here to sell: The employees run these cars / trucks like its a race track. They rip the tires off, peel out around corners, rev the crap out of them. No way I'm bringing my cars there to sell.

I believe the black F-150 has a Canadian package for the XTR and that might be the conversion of miles to kilometers.

Hey Randy. Talkin about jumper packs have you seen the new one from noco? The GB500+ its a 12v and 24v capable of starting up to the big rigs.

All it is is the gutter in the sunroof because the sunroof drains are clogged. A lot of people don’t know this but every sunroof leaks by design. It leaks into the gutter and it’s supposed to drain but if the drains are clogged the gutter fills up with water. If you open the sunroof you’ll see right away Water.

Hey randy we have a suburban exactly like the silver, one same year and everything and I can tell you that thing has all the bells and whistle

Randy my guess is the windshield is leaking and the mirror cover is retaining the water from it leaking , the sun roof drains run out to the door jams so that's not a issue , a windshield replacement should cure the water issue

On those Gm suvs the power tailgate can be turned off by that little dial on the ceiling some have it in the door so make sure it’s turned to max or 3/4.

Some of that milage discrepancy could be from it being in km/h. When it was brought in. And someone switched it to miles. It's always a possibility anyway

That black dodge truck was in a high speed pit. I saw the video on police pursuits from Arkansas. Same damage rear fender and front.

I’m pretty sure that the black 2023 ram 1500 was in a police chase because I saw the same truck on KZread the police pit the truck and the truck hit a concrete barrier on the highway and the rear damage it were the police pit it.

I just purchased a 2015 Suburban LTZ it has integrated trailer brake on it you have to find the suburban that has the max trailering package I bought it to pull my camper

I have a 2020 Impala premier and even with that high of a trim, I agree 100% with you Randy, the Impala is NOT a luxury car. Its a nice premium sedan with a lot of room in it but its not luxury. Period. But I really enjoy my car.
