I think a mansion is the house and the estate would be the house and the land. Nice view of Philly. Cool history. Like Mt Vernon without the slave quarters.

Estates consists of property including a mansions, vehicle, money, etc.

There is a small cave under lemon hill just go towards the edge towards the river you should find a small ledge walk down that ledge you will see the small cave. I lived in Fairmount as a kid we found it by chance.

Does Morris have any connection with Morris Arboretum in Chestnut Hill
