My family left PA for TX in 1976...I’ve forgotten how beautiful it is....I have 2 lifetime beloved friends in Boyertown & Pottsgrove! Love your channel Stacks! You have a good eye for valuables!

I found a golf bag, but the really beat up $3 in change in the pockets was the most valuable part.

I do real well with golf clubs, bags, shoes, and anything else golf related. I try and buy golf stuff at local auctions in the winter and then sell in the spring. It looks like you scored big.

In the late 90’s I was at a garage sale. I found a small box with some watches and other cheap jewelry. Since they were only asking $20 I bought it. Once I got home and sorted through it, I found a Tag Heuer watch! It was only a few years old. I took it to a jeweler to appraise it and found out it was a $700 watch! I actually took it back to the seller and told them what I had discovered and offered to give the watch back. The woman was blown away that I would do the and she insisted that I keep it. I still have it today.

"Those aren't cheap" ... Proceeds to give the deal of a lifetime

I always garage sailed. I have less money now and a lot more anxiety and just watching you walking through the people walking fast to get to the next one was making my heart race. How times have changed. I'm supposing it will change again. I'm just wishing you the best of luck and I will live vicariously through you for now.

My best garage sale find (I look mostly for leather pilot or biker jackets) was three stacks of King aircraft radios. They were complete stacks like one would find in higher performance single and twin engine aircraft, including the racks, instrument heads and wiring bundles. The ladies running the sale said they were "some kind of CB radios" that a former renter had left when he moved out. I bought the whole pile for $50. I had an avionics shop bench test them and they all passed for instrument flight. He sold them for me on consignment.

apparently everyone is quitting golf at the same time in that neighborhood.

I yard sale every weekend. It's always nice to learn NEW items of value! I'll definitely keep my eye out for those putters.

One time there was a garage sale in my neighborhood i found a ring i didnt know it was an engagement ring then i asked the guy how much does this cost then the guy said where did i get the ring and i said it was in the boxes with a bunch of trash the guys said it was his and he was planning on giving it to his girlfriend and that he lost it like about a month ago

Those were paintball pods at 4:50, you should always ask if they have any paintball guns or other equipment left around. Some of it can be worth decent money, even used pads, jerseys, etc.

I always feel a little sorry for resellers. Like, on one hand I hate them because they have a habit of snagging everything before it even opens, even though it says "NO F7CKING EARLY BIRDS"... But on the other, they're probably getting 5 dollars an hour, when you crunch the math on labor to income ratio. They either don't know that, or they're desperate and can't make any more anywhere else.

@@manictiger I resell and I'm making way more than 5$ an hour 😂😂. (Sell cars, furniture, funko pops and more). Its actually really fun and easy. Once you're in it you'll never go back. Unless you're not a good reseller. 😂

Obviously there's sometimes a gem here and there, but most of the stuff I saw snagged up a few years ago by illegals (I left Cali a long time ago) was crap. Ironically, they'd sometimes suck up all the cheap crap and leave low-priced high quality items behind. Idk, I usually wind up buying and holding anything I grab. Digital equities are so much faster. I click a mouse and it's done. No packing, no shipping, no flakes and no seller fees.

oooo some awesome display ideas. Two Ladders and a closet pole to hang clothes. The metal shelving unit a 8:12 are more expensive, and more difficult to put together than the plastic shelving unit at 4:08 or 4:20. Oh, absolutely, if there are several community garage sales in the area, the flea market will be empty. Thanks for taking us along!

Great day for you! Never can tell what you are going to find. Usually garage or rummage sales never have much that is valuable, but sometimes people have valuable items and did not even know it!

I was so excited for you when I spotted both of those Scotty Cameron putters especially when he said $50 each! HOMERUN! I have a Scotty Cameron myself and it is one hell of a putter and $300+ new. Those Newports look like a similar design of a Ping Dalehead made back in the 60s. You should really well on those golf clubs. Sometimes you have to pay up, but it's worth it. Thanks for sharing!

We have a once a year county garage sale. They have flyers that list the address, people's name and what they're selling so you can plan your route before you start. We've done very well with this, it's rural so come across, honey, pelts of many kinds of animals, food so a variety of things.

My understanding is the stheck with Scotty Clubs is you go to their studio, get fitted for the club/s and they make um especially for you. Thats one reason they cost so much...

I found a Scotty Cameron putter same way few years back at a garage sale in Scottsdale AZ. I was afraid to ask the price and the lady told me $15.00 I've never pulled $15.00 out of my pocket so fast!

WOW thats a great score, I sold a Scotty Cameron back last year sometime and i found it actually at a thrift store for $14 it sold for $240 within just a few days on ebay. What a nice score. Nice video thanks for sharing

Double check those two Scotty Cameron clubs Taco. Those do not look right imop. Make sure you do your research before you list them on ebay. Great video as always Taco!

I shouldnt be sharing this secret, but when there is a community garage sale, go hit the next towns early and you will definitely score as all your competition is eating each other. Community garage sales have been horrible lately.

I've mentioned this before but I think that the people in the East maintain their properties much better than those in the West, I live in the northwest. Maybe you all have homeowners associations.

My kids ask why I don't go to as many garage sales and thrift stores as I used to. My oldest is 45. I don't need as much stuff. I get a lot of free stuff and give a lot away. Tina

Pointed cycling helmet (mainly used for time trials) was probably not that old (which you can usually get an idea of from the interior decals/warning labels/etc). And most serious riders won't buy helmets used (since they don't have the longest shelf life, until they're unsafe). If you do find riding gear (jerseys especially) that is/are really early (like say, pre-mid 90's) and has a recognizable name (Campagnolo, etc) there's a DEFINITE resale market for that. Similar to sports jerseys. If the materials and construction seem earlier, they probably are. Guessing you know most of that already. Just like to pass along notes when you stumble across something I'm familiar with.

When you pick something up and look at it and don't ask no questions and the seller comes up and says they ain't cheap...That just means he looked at you like you a broke ass and want's you to put it back down LMAO 😂
