In this video, I present to you the Fibonacci Counting technique, which is a less known use of the Fibonacci sequence in trading. If you are interested in learning Fibonacci trading or learning Fibonacci analysis, this is perhaps a good place to start. In this Fibonacci trading tutorial, I will show you an unfair Fibonacci trading strategy because not too much people will use the technique in this particular way. This is an advantage to you because if you apply the technique correctly, you can be ahead of not only other Fibonacci traders, but ahead of the market as a whole. I also point out that the Fibonacci trading tricks I expose in this video can be used in stocks, commodities, futures, forex, and yes, cryptocurrencies too. It can also be used in any timeframe you wish. It doesn’t matter what you trade because good techniques are universal, and all price charts work in the exact same way. In other words, if you have been looking for a Fibonacci crypto trading strategy, a forex Fibonacci strategy, or you are interested in Fibonacci futures trading, Fibonacci day trading, or the Fibonacci analysis of stocks, this video will highlight a different side of this old technique. Even though this trading technique is simple, it also has its ramifications, so if you are interested in advanced Fibonacci trading techniques, you will also find good information in this video, especially at the end where I talk about an example in the 15-minute chart of BTC/USD. It’s difficult to establish the best Fibonacci trading strategy or how to master the time and price advantage with Fibonacci trading, but the strategy highlighted in this video is a good one, or at least is a good place to start learning more about this subject. If you have ever wondered: “does Fibonacci trading work?”, this video will shed some light onto the critical point of this matter, which is the fact that you need to use tools in combination. Relying on single tools is against the most important principle in technical analysis. This humble video is also a good place if you are interested in learning how to trade with Fibonacci, or if you have been looking for a Fibonacci trading course, or simply the Fibonacci trading basics.

I'm not seeing it. I'd think that greater accuracy would be made using a smaller timeframe as the Fibonacci sequence is wider, that is, the numbers are not as bunched up as on a daily or weekly timeframe. Seems more like the accuracy of a broken clock. It's right twice a day. In my testing, I still find that extensions and retracements of 1.5 to 1.68 and .5 to .68 come up more often than not.

Hey I've been watching your channel a lot, and I have a question, where do you study these techniques and strategies? Are there specific websites or books you learn from? Because your channel is probably one of the best that I've learned from on youtube in regards to trading. The way you teach, and the information you present are very high quality, I did a bit of self-studying in the past, but never found out about the many strategies that you talk about until I watch your videos.

Yeah, um.... even though the Fibonacci sequence is found in nature, something just feels unnatural about this method that if I were to actually succeed in using it, that, by itself, would astound me more than any profits I might accrue, and I'm not really trying to be amazed by what I do. Let me see if I can put it another way... Suppose I had a strong umbrella, like a beach umbrella, and I decided to jump off a 10-story building and succeeded in using the umbrella as a parachute that brought me safely to the ground, I'd be astounded, literally, as anyone else might be who saw me pull off such a feat! But would I risk trying it again? No, I wouldn't. No matter how many times I might succeed in using this method, it just seems unnatural with its high variability of projection aspect that I feel like I'd be better off simply guessing or flipping a coin instead, which would save me the hassle and grief of doing the calculating or counting involved in this strategy. In fact, this strategy makes the Elliot Wave Theory seem like a more obvious and sure bet. Still, I thank you for the time and effort you took to teach this. Not every strategy meshes with me and that's nobody's fault. I did learn from your video as I saw the Fibonacci in a new light which caused me to reflect. I remain subscribed and look forward to your next video.

dude, fib numbers being 1,2,3,5,8,13,21. If you add in numbers "near" them, you get 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,12,13,20. It's therefore more likely for fib counting to hit one of these numbers than not hit, right? 12/20 of numbers up to 20 are included in the list. Way more than half. So It's just very, very basic probability? Nothing to do with trading or anything elese...

Fib ratios are just another example of self-fulfulling prophecy in the markets, especially the most basic ratios. A lot of traders pay attention to these ratios, so they tend to have a reaction.
