🍪2 eggs
🍪1 tsp. sugar
🍪½ cup cooking oil
🍪½ cup honey
🍪2 tsp. cinnamon
🍪1 Tbsp. baking soda
🍪1 Tbsp. vinegar
🍪750 g. wheat flour
🍪100 g. walnuts
🍪360 g. rosehip jam
Beat the eggs. Add sugar and mix. Then cooking oil and mix again. Add honey and mix. Add the cinnamon and mix again. Put the baking soda in a separate bowl and extinguish it with vinegar, then add it to the rest of the products and mix. Add the wheat flour a little at a time until the mixture is too thick, then start kneading. While shaping the small cookies you can put a little cooking oil on your hands so that they don't stick. Leave enough space between the cookies because they puff up. Preheat the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (360°F). They should have cracks.
Grind the walnuts with a blender. Remove the cookies and let them cool before you start gluing them (if you want to glue them at all). Use a jam of your choice (the jam should have no whole fruits or pieces in it). Roll the cookies into the walnuts. Bon Appétit!
