Do you think it is easy to convince people??......... Samson(Al Ghazi in Islam) had ZERO follower!!(infact his own wife betrayed him).......... Another best example this "friendly exmuslim" channel!!, The best mistake he can find is about "age" of Noah!!......…. HE "BELIEVE" NOBODY CAN LIVE THAT LONG!!!, Who give a f**k what he BELIEVES!!....... I give you a clue how to find mistake!!...….. eg. In BIBLE mentioned that THE FLOOD covered the entire EARTH and the only humans was "NOAH AND HIS 3 SONS" (Think, how 4 men can reproduced??)........ USE YOUR CRITICAL THINKING, NOT YOUR EMOTIONAL.

Hasan, could you please briefly refute the "prophecies" of the hadiths that the Euphrates will dry up, there will be green meadows, rains, rivers, etc. in Arabia? Muslims refer to them, claiming that the Euphrates dries up and completely dries up (according to researchers) before 2040. Those. after 18-20 years. If you write an article on your blog in a medium, it will be even better. Thank you. I respect you almost like an uncle, you are a very smart and intelligent person.

Mistakes in the Quran almost never cuts any ice with beievers or cause them to doubt their faith . Because they are told to believe there are no "mistakes" in the Quran, only our mistaken understanding of them . Because Allah is right even when he is "wrong" , as He is above and beyond the comprehension of ordinary human reason and rationality ! Fun fact. Muhammad was illiterate so he never knew if the stories he had heard ORALLY from others around him had come from the Bible or from apocryphal stories and pseudo-gospels circulating at the time. He sometimes made mistakes in the re-telling. One of his scribes, Abdullah b Sa'd, realised what Muhammad was up to and fled to Mecca saying 'If Muhammad is a prophet I'm half a prophet!' That is why Muhammad had Abdullah's name on a death list when he conquered Mecca. 😁

I also think some people were originally assuming the other guy in Albuquerque who tried to kill a Hispanic man was responsible for this (although me personally knowing a lot of details about both cases I didn’t assume this because the cars don’t match). And you know, we aren’t 100% sure this guy actually did it yet, he just drives the same car and they think his weapons might match, it might turn out to not be him. You also can’t blame people for assuming this type of stuff when we have an unfortunately large number of people in this country who openly talk about how they want to kill Muslims.

@Hannah “do not behave like muslims” lol are you really saying that? Most Muslims are lovely people, especially here in America where more Muslims support LGBT rights for examples than Conservative Evangelical Christians in states like my state Arkansas. You know most people don’t take their religions that seriously unless they are fundamentalists, the problem with religion arises when people take all of this stuff literally and try to apply obviously ancient customs and morals to the modern day. But you know religion can be good for some people too. There is a quote by Karl Marx that is often misinterpreted by his critics and followers a like “religion is the opiate of the people, (here is the part usually left out) the SIGH of the oppressed” essentially what this quote is saying is people turn to religion because they have hard lives and need something bigger than themselves that makes them feel safe to believe in. That’s part of why I became a Muslim. I don’t even read the Quran, I still eat pork and I drink beer occasionally, but I pray now and listen to a dude who sings the Quran (in Arabic which I don’t speak) on my computer because it makes me feel better, and I try to be good to people and be honest, that’s all there is to it. And to be even more honest a large part of why I became a Muslim is so my future wife can go visit her parents back in Iran when we marry, her parents don’t care what religion I am but their government does. Btw I basically agree with this video, this story is obviously made up, I thought that when I was a Christian and when I was an atheist too. No one should really be surprised that a myth from ancient Sumeria is in the Abrahamic religions if they know history. It’s weird little myth like every culture has, many Americans don’t recognize what some of our own myths are yet.

(1). For some people such a long life is inconceivable. (2). But in this world of God, strange happenings are not rare. Wherever one may look, one will see extraordinary manifestations of His power. (3). The occurrence of certain events and things in a usual form and manner is no proof that the event or thing cannot happen in an unusual and extraordinary way. To break these assumptions, there exists a long list of unusual events and things that have taken place in every kind of creation in every part of the universe. (4). In particular, the person who has a clear concept of God’s being All- Powerful, cannot be involved in the misunderstanding that it is not possible for God, Who is the Creator of life and death, to grant a life of a thousand years or so to any man. The fact is that man of his own will and wish cannot live even for a moment, but if Allah wills, He can make him live for as long as He pleases.

I commented this in smile2jannah's video: In the ahadith, it says Adam was 60 cubits (27 meters, 90 feet) tall and people have been decreasing in size since then. And also Allah created humans out of clay/mud...? It sounds like old greek mythology, prometheus shaped man out of mud, and Athena breathed life into his clay figure. Also Nuh mentioned in the Quran 29:14 he is One Thousand minus fifty (950). In multiple ahadith I read in IslamQA, there are 7 views on the age of Nuh which are 950 years, 1050 years, 1020 years, 1400 years, 1650 years, and 1700 years. With all those claims why aren't Muslims finding out if these claims are valid or not. As they are really skeptic on the matter of evolution and other holy books. On the other hand the scientific theory of evolution has overwhelming evidence from multiple disciplines in science. Back to the Adam, Hawa, and Nuh. How can we verify that Adam and the humans after him was around 60 cubits (27 meters, 90 feet)? And how do we verify humans in the times of Nuh lives hundred of years until aging around one thousand years? Let's calculate the height and weight and the overall biology of Adam. We'll use Centimeters for height and kilograms for weight. Assuming that the normal human height is 160cm and weight is 60kg. If the body structure is proportional, then the height is (60 cubits/90feet/27m) 2700 cm = 2700: 160 = 16.875 (decimal) times a normal human. So is the weight also 16.875 times? Nope. There is what is called Square Cube Law. If Adam is literally just like us humans of the exact same proportions, but scaled up, we can use the Square-Cube Law. V2 = V1 . ( l2 / l1 )^3 Where V2 is your new Volume, V1 is the original Volume. l2 is the new height, and l1 is the original height, and assume for simplicity's sake that volume exactly correlates with mass, and therefore weight. V1= 60kg l2= 2700cm l1= 160cm V2= 60 . (2700/160)^3 V2= 288,325.19531kg (635648.248029392 lbs) So around 188.330kg Wow.... V2:V1, comparing Adam's weight to a normal human weight, a normal weight increases around 4,805.41992 times, round it to 4,805 times. So Adam's weight is 4,805 times the normal human weight... Height difference is ~16x Weight difference is ~4,800x Such a huge difference... this will have a lot of impact on the overall physiology and biology of the body: • Foot size. • His bone strength. • Strength of soft tissue cushion between bones. • Cardiac pumping power. • Strength of blood vessels. • Skin thickness. • Etc. "One reason a 90-foot human would still not be viable is due to the fact that foot size has an allometric relationship to height, whereby a 90-foot person would require a foot length longer than they are tall to support their weight. When a person gets to about 50-foot tall they need a foot length as long as they are tall, due to the fact that the taller people get, the proportionally heavier they are and the proportionally larger their foot size needs to be to support that weight. A human that is twice the weight of a blue whale cannot walk on feet that are 10 foot long, 10 foot long feet just won’t support that kind of weight." From quora, I don't know how big the foot size of Adam should be, what I can think is it is not looking like a human foot. Then, how does only ~16x the height difference carries a whopping 4,800x weight difference? How strong are the bones? How are they structured? How powerful is the cardiac pumping power? How does this effect the skin? Have we found evidence of 20ish meters of height in human fossils? The oldest verified human life was a little over 120 years. Based on fossil records and testing on human remains, anthropologists have concluded that human life spans are increasing rather than decreasing in both the long- and short- run. By contrast, the Qur'an states that Noah lived for almost 1,000 years. The idea of humans living for hundreds of years in the past is accompanied by the many hadiths, including accounts in Sahih Bukhari, which describe Adam as being 90 feet tall (9 times the height of a basketball hoops). The general doctrine appears to be that ancient humans were both gigantic as well as long-living. Note: Some calculations maybe need a slight tweak because not an expert in functional anatomy, biomechanics, paleontology, etc. For anyone reading this could calculate a better way of a giant's (a.k.a Adam) weight and overall impacts of the physiology of his, please reply.

Okay, this isn't a slam dunk at all. I think you will find the Hebrew also has some construction like a thousand minus fifty, or similar. It doesn't have hindu Arabic numerals saying 950 like in modern translations, numerical expressions were more problematic to express prior to Hindu Arabic numerals being adopted, especially for high numbers. And I can't speak for others, but as I understand it the idea is that back in those days people lived longer because they were closer to the time of purity and Eden, declining in years until God ordained that our span would be three score and ten years, which is another example of how awkward it was to even express the number 70 back then. There was a whole line of them living hundreds of years. I used to have a book from the jehovah's witnesses showing them all on a chart with their ages expressed as heights on the chart. Methuselah is well known for living nearly a thousand years as well. I actually think when the bible says people lived for eg 120 years, they may be counting six months as a year. In the levant there is a spring harvest and an autumn harvest, and because it is between the tropics, there are two points in the year where it gets hotter and then cooler (rather than just one "summer" each year like in higher or lower latitudes than 23 degrees north or south).

It makes sense to me of people living 120 or 130 years but I think the 900 and 600 year spans in Genesis are just exaggeration with generational retelling. It might be related to the idea that "in those days there were giants" (Gen 6:4), with the idea being that these were giants as men, not literally in size. But anyway, though we know the quran is supposed to be taken literally and that backs it into a corner over and again, if this sort of thing were really a slam dunk then there would be no Muslims left by now.

I am an atheist and certainly not a believer in any holy book but I feel this argument is a poor one. Firstly, the opinions of other men are irrelevant, no matter how revered they may be. As in your video's title, we must focus on what the book tells us. Any follower of the Abrahamic faiths will tell you that people in those days lived longer and it was only after the flood that the life span of men began to reduce. We might think that this is nonsense but we cannot prove it. If we make a positive statement, such as the Quran is mistaken, the burden of proof lies with us. Therefore, this criticism founders in the face of someone saying "if you can't prove Noah didn't live that long, you cannot prove the Quran is mistaken".

This may not be the best example of a mistake (as you can make several arguments), however, biologically this is simply very unlikely - what suddenly changed in the way our cells work that life spans were cut to 10% of what they used to be? Also, the flood is a regional myths, did people all over the Earth suddenly live shorter? Such a drastic change cannot be explained biologically. Evolution in humans takes tens of thousands of years to show up, and is very slow and gradual, as it is in other species, so this does not fit an evolutionary model. There are many other mistakes which are simpler. For example in one verse Allah says that all living things have been made in pairs (the tafsirs explain that this means male and female). We know however that many species reproduce via different asexual mechanism and don't have a pair. So, that is an easy one to argue.

It's a Mistake since it doesn't align with reality. Biologically speaking humans can't live that long. claiming that it was a miracle/magic isn't a good argument out of it. Since there's no such thing as a miracle, everything that happens obeys the laws of the universe. The burden of proof here isn't on us, it's on them to prove that the impossible happened. And since all miracles apparently happened thousands of years ago and aren't happening anymore they can't prove the existence of miracles.

@@scheimaa172 Thank you for your reply. The issue here is not whether religious claims are accurate it is about the difference between saying "I do not believe, show me your evidence" and stating, "This is wrong/impossible". My point wasn't that it could be true. I don't believe it any more than you. But saying we do not believe and demanding evidence to support a religious claim is different from stating outright that something did not happen. if we make a positive statement that it definitely did not happen, we have the burden of proof and Muslims can answer by claiming a miracle. If we make a second positive statement that miracles are impossible, we have the same problem. Whilst miracles are, by definition, a suspension of the laws of physics, we cannot absolutely prove that they do not happen, only that their likelihood is highly implausible. For example, we cannot truly know that what we perceive as physical laws are indeed universal, because we have no idea how big the universe is or that the laws apply equally everywhere. A better way to refute any religion is to highlight where an infallible holy book makes opposing claims or statements. There are plenty to choose from. For example, the Quran gives two different versions of how long God's day lasts in human terms. Surah 22.47 states that it is 1,000 years but Surah 70.4 states 50,000. Both cannot be correct. The best way, of course, is to simply say, "show me your evidence".

The Bible doesn't give any explanation of the 950 years figure. There are several different ways that Christians understand the passage that gives the ages of Noah and the various pre-flood characters in his lineage One is the Young Earth Creationist view that these are literal ages in years, and that reduced human lifespan over that period, and afterwards, is a knock-on effect of the fall. Obviously this view presupposes a world that's quite different in a number of ways to what mainstream science tells us. One is the one you give that the ages are months, rather than years - though this does mean some of these characters had kids at a very young age. One is that these are the lifespans of clans named after these individuals, rather than the ages of the individuals themselves. One is that these numbers are intended to be symbolic, and perhaps have some similar origin to the Sumerian Kings' List, which lists pre-flood kings who reigned for thousands of years. Personally I lean towards the clans explanation.

In the Bible the ages are to be understood as symbolic ages. Even though no western nation understand that symbolism, we must admit, that by the time the story was written, symbolic ages were common and understood by the readers. So, sorry, the "age" of Noah was an information about his life and character and importance, to those who know arithmantik. I don't.

For Believing Muslims, Please learn the origins of the fictional Abrahamic god. It all goes back to the fictional Canaanite god El. Also, keep in mind that the Israelites were worshipping this fictional god centuries before Islam came along. *El, Yahweh, or Jehovah* Christianity and Islam originated in the Middle East. Any Christian in this area when asked about the Name of God, he will say Allah! The English Bible starts with: "In the beginning God created the heaven and Earth." And the Arabic Bible starts with: "In the beginning Allah created the heaven and Earth." The western Christians are unaware of the Name of God of their eastern brothers. Some Christians think that Allah is the idol that the Islamic cult worships! The Office for the Non-Christian Affairs at the Vatican published a document under the title "Orientations for a Dialogue between Christians and Muslims. It is a very important document in that it shows the new position adopted towards Islam. In the third edition of this study (1970), the document stresses this fundamental point in the following terms: "It would seem pointless to maintain that Allah is not real God, as do certain people in the west!" The Conciliatory document has put the above assertion in its proper place. There is no better way of illustrating Islamic faith in God than by quoting the following extracts from Lumen Gentium, produced by the second Vatican Council (1962-1965): "The Muslims profess the faith of Abraham and worship with us the sole merciful God, who is the future judge of men on the Day of Reckoning." This story exists in the Enuma Elish for example, with some differences. Some Christians and Jews explain this by saying it proves it really happened but the Bible got the details right (same as Muslims say about the qu'ran when earlier sources disgreee) but at the time y Christian self put a lot of stock in the bible being the original story, coming to us from the time of origins.

As a Muslim, if anything positive is said about our beloved Prophet Mohammed (SAW) in the Quran or Hadith, such as, water flowing from the hands of the Prophet, or turning of water into milk, and he will be the first person admitted into paradise- I’ll simply accept it as the absolute truth. Conversely, if anything negative is written about the Prophet (SAW/PBUH) in the Hadiths, such as sex with the prepubescent 9-year old Aisha, or sex with his slave, Mariyah (Surah 66:1), I’ll simply reject it as completely false, unreliable, misinterpreted, or taken out of context-since our Prophet is the BEST of mankind and the greatest of all Allah's Prophet, and I'll diligently recite this five times daily so that no one can shake my Fitna and Iman. We also know that Sumerians had some strange way of calculating ages & years. You have kings who lived 1000’s of years. Moon cycles is a possibility of how they calculated years, but more data & study is required to confirm this. Historically this seems to change post flood to a more normal calculation of years and age, based on modern understanding. This is a possible explanation of why historically people thought that the pre flood humans lived a lot longer than the post flood humans, and how lifespan was shortening as time went on. I’ve never really thought about it, but it sounds like quite a phenomena that the Quran refers to Noah’s years of life with two different words! Actually quite majestic, 1000 pre flood years minus 50 post flood years! Could have actually just said 950 years and got it wrong for sure! Mr Abdullah Sameer is confused on why the Quran used 2 different terms for year! Quite a simple outlook I would say. This is not a science book, or a story book or a poetry book, This is scripture, the purpose of which is to guide. The verse fits well with those old references you gave, as they believed people lived longer in earlier days, and that’s fine for that era! & the verse fits even better now that we know humans used different ways to calculate years in the two periods of time, before and after the flood.

I will point you to the epics of Gilgamesh, which date back around 5000 years and reference the Great flood in Cuineform on clay tablets, which have been excavated, decoded and preserved from the Mesopotamian civilization. Through some research you can find over a hundred references made by almost all civilizations and MANY tribes of a HUGE flood, possibly giving rise to the Christian theory of a worldwide flood, add a bit of science with all mountains being under water at some point in the past as indicated by sedimentary rocks and marine fossils and you got yourself a POSSIBILITY! If that’s still not possible, what do you have to say about the snowball earth? When the earth was all covered in ice! Not talking about a local flood here, we’re saying the whole earth covered in ICE. How do you feel about the fact that the earth is all water (71%) and only 29% is land? Why don’t you try a little experiment with that ratio and see if it’s possible for the 29% to get a little wet!!! Do you still feel it’s impossible for a great flood to have taken place? You need to think again and come back a little more prepared. Thanks.

Well at least until 180 years (3 decade + 150 years). But if the science progression is at a constant rate (or exponentially), they will able to extend the human live even longer more than that, As we will gain more access to the knowledge of human biology. Here is why it's not a mistake. The two words used are Sana and Am. There is a reason why Allah chose these two words, beyond any linguistic ease of use mentioned in the videos. The word Sana refers to the time measure used during the Antediluvian time of Nuh, which was either Base 60 or Base 10. This is actually the beauty of the Quran, and here's why. Allah gives historical respect to the stories in the Quran, such as with the Prophet Yusuf, when the rulers are referred to as Kings since they were not Pharaohs yet. Furthermore, the Quran gives historical respect to Prophet Abraham's name, whose spelling was changed during the course of his life and in scripture. It's actually quite sad to think that this book which claims to be the last message could have such as blatant irrational statement. It's evident that a person cannot live 950 years, Allah and everyone during the time or revelation knew this, but they understood the significance of Allah relaying the message in the way he did.

Utnapishtim in the Epic of Gilgamesh is a very different character from Noah in Genesis. The stories share a very vague outline (God/the gods decide to flood the earth - for very different reasons - and somebody avoids being drowned by building a boat). Apart from this broad outline the stories have virtually nothing in common. Whilst it's plausible that both stories were ultimately developed from a common origin, it's extremely implausible that one of them was an adaptation of the other. Mohammed's version was obviously based on what he'd heard about the Biblical story, since the Epic of Gilgamesh had been forgotten for at least a millennium (and possibly two) before he lived.

This is from my biased individual perspective while being Catholic; In Judeo-Christianity, sin brought death into the world. We forfeited eternal life by not trusting God. Genesis shows that every successive generation had less years of life, as their distance from eternal life increased. You make the modeling references, which i don’t refute. Judeo-Christians would counter and say that there was no disease, injury, stress back then bc we had not fallen yet, and were sustained by God’s Spirit in a unique way that we don’t have access to currently. Even with Judeo-Christianity, one doesn’t necessarily have to believe that that section of Genesis is literal, as it could be primarily in nature symbolic.

the story is parabolic : simply says that as long as you are in a state of fear and not defend respects loves the one who stands next to you (Adam Eve) you cannot have eternal bliss, Jesus took it to the limit saying that this is also apply for your enemy... this is the real fall , yours mine everyone, incarnating on earth again and again ,until we learn to love ourselves same as the others ....

just curious if any who knows this man has any interests other than disproving the religion of Islam? Does he have any multimedia presence where he shares his life or thoughts outside of what is wrong with Islam? I get it when a nation has a death warrant for you that it becomes a part of your life but I still would like to know more aboht just you. Same tging with AP.

People as a rule actively avoid sharing more about their lives than strangers on the web need to know for the context of the video. There's also the fact that, realistically, his interests and hobbies aren't the kind of stuff that would be of interest to the good old Gen Pub

Mohammed came out of a cave with changes to gods word, and said I was told this and this with no witnesses why would God have revelation with only 1 witness sounds like a dreamer of dreams to me. DUTIRONIMY 13:1Everything I command you that you shall be careful to do it. You shall neither add to it, nor subtract from it.2If there will arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of a dream, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,3and the sign or the wonder of which he spoke to you happens, [and he] says, "Let us go after other gods which you have not known, and let us worship them,"4you shall not heed the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of a dream; for the Lord, your God, is testing you, to know whether you really love the Lord, your God, with all your heart and with all your soul. (Both Christianity and Islam made changes to the laws of kosher)

So, according his logic (which is probable estimation based on the human that live today) if we produce a mathematical model that shows human could have lived longer in past then he will re-embrace islam, post an apology towards God and muslims, and delete all of his videos. (This is possible bcz we are dealing in mathematical estimations for example just increase the size of red blood cell whole human anatomy will change not observable scientific Facts)

A better mistake that Allah does is claiming that Christians believe that the Trinity is Mary, Jesus and the Father. No Christian has ever belived this. It is Mohammeds mistake in the "perfect" quran.

Isnt the father alread jesus and also the holy ghost at the same time so wouldnt it technically be a holy singularity as their all the same person? If their the same person then why is it a trinity and not a singlurarity?
