I was coming to say the same thing OR brown yarn. Like cover the styrofoam ball or floral foam with some brown yarn and you can make tufts brown hair that kind of stick up

I love the mug with the hot chocolate! I'm giving these to my coworkers for Christmas. I'm personalizing them by using etching cream to put their first initial on the mug.

Our $ store had mugs with initials on them. I saw them last week.

I can't pick a favorite because they all turned out great!! The cocoa cup with the cloudy look would be my favorite. You said that you rushed the glue, but I think that's what makes it so realistic. Your diys are always amazing and I love watching you create them☺️

All great ideas, but my favorite mug is the red with the snowflake on the front! I’ve got to make some of those mugs for gifts, they’re perfect. And I really like the idea of using them as candy dishes too. Thank you Katelyn, for another great video!

Love this paint technique on the inside. My favorites were the 1st red one and the snowman. Also on the last cocoa gift bags... a real wrapped mini candy cane tied on the bow as a stirer would be cute.

I just made eight desert candles with those mugs Love the hot chocolate and marshmallows gift mugs at the end

If you want more uniform-size marshmallows, you could roll out a "rope" and slice it into even-sized sections; then roll and pat like you did to round the edges. Your handwriting is so good for this 'Folk" look! I think I will try a reindeer with twig antlers from my back yard!

The green elf cup with the red "collar" and bells, and the snowman cup are my favorites, but these are all so cute!

I love these! You could also use the crimped confetti paper in brown, it would look like he has hair sticking up! Anyway, super cute!

I love these. My husband passed away last July and we didn't do ANY holidays since. He was a young 53 yr old Papaw. Our 2 grandsons...now 8 & 3 miss him terribly. I haven't felt any connection to life since then either. But watching this video has inspired me to give these babies the best Christmas ever. I can't wait to see them do some of these!! I think it also would be cute to (spray?) paint the Spanish moss different ‘hair’ colors-black, brown, red, white, grey, salt/pepper… etc. Not sure how it would look, but worth a try. 😅

The Spanish moss was a great choice I love the natural look when you watch the wild deer there antlers get stuck in the moss on the trees so it's perfect

I love the elf mug, my friend always has candy on the console table inside her front door. Grab a piece coming in or going out. A set of elf mugs as candy dishes are perfect. Must get busy if I am going to mail for Christmas. Always love your creativity with so many different things. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I love the Spanish moss for the reindeer hair. To glam it up, you could use silver or gold acrylic paint dry brush the moss on top of a sheet of paper (or spray paint) before gluing it on. Great tutorials, thank you!!
