Great advice and content Davie. What a lot of inexperienced people do not understand when looking for and transacting a deal, the most important trait required is persistence - you need to knock on a lot of doors, have many conversations and listen for cues to progress a deal! Always be in a qualify mindset and ask challenging questions as so you can determine if the deal is real or not!

Love the videos, Davie! Super keen to see a video on how you would structure a digital agency. I’m currently working for myself on hourly rates with a number of clients for email, social, websites and videography. Biggest problem I’m finding is how I scale up my rate/business. I’ve read in places that an hourly rate isn’t the best model. What are some better alternatives in your opinion?

Always do something that excites you. Even the hard graft of sanding floors on you way to flipping a house. Or enjoying the giddy feeling from an online sales day. You may to a new interest when you are in any business or any stage of a business, but keep in the direction to need to go to flip / grow / resell; in order to move on. Every step should be a step forward. And just always, always take any set-back as a @learn' ; not an indication you don't have what it takes. You learn, Move on. That's it. I plan to sell a product (not figured out the product just yet, was thinking watches but that was with dropshipping as it would cost too much to start my own brand at this point in time for me). I can build the website without an issue. Going to try find different unbranded products i could sell that would be easier to source for here in the UK.

THE GRASS ISN'T GREENER ON THE OTHERSIDE, IT'S GREENEST WHERE YOU WATER IT! Don't be chasing shiny objects, there is no such thing as an easy business model! Pick one business model and focus on it obsessively. Business is delayed gratification, you put in the work and time to learn everything & get paid later when you're actually VALUABLE. Forget about getting rich & focus on the skills needed to get rich. Value has to be created for your customers or otherwise you'll make nothing. Forget about your wants & needs, focus on your customer and provide the best service/product for them. IF YOU DON'T QUIT YOULL NEVER LOSE. I WISH YOU ALL SUCCESS IN YOUR ENDEAVORS!

Winning products fall under certain umbrellas. Those that have their own demand and those that you need to create demand. It could simply be finding another angle for a product that has already found value, but that depends on your ability to market the product itself. To find a product that isn't "popular" right now means that you simply need to create the demand for it yourself and put in the money to build it up.
