You did a great job, the idea is very smart and creative. Paint bottles are reused in a very effective way, I'm a big fan. However, when loading paint into the tank, you use a pump to create pressure. You should choose one with a pressure gauge to control its critical pressure, otherwise it will cause the tank to explode, which is very dangerous.

Yeah, w/o knowing what the operating pressures of these cans are it might be somewhat dangerous to use them? Also I find that the spray nozzles are often so bad during the 1st use of painting that they won't get better the 2nd time around? I'm sure you can clean them or replace them but there's got to be a balance point of how much time/trouble(money) when compared to buying a new can of paint? But the operating pressure needs to be known, or close? peace

Hey Gaus, I was only speaking of what I personally might have as a concern, the idea is surely a great one with a lot of potential & I even grabbed the video to attempt it. I was hoping you knew how much pressure this can can handle so that no one overfills the inert gas they chose as a propellant? It's a dynamite idea that's way past it's time. Thanks for sharing it. peace

Para todos aquellos criticones (inútiles) que hacen comparaciones dinero,tiempo,peligro, etc etc al menos acepten y aplaudan a alguien que se tomó el trabajo de pensar y desarrollar un músculo que se llama cerebro y no desarrollar ese músculo que se llama lengua saludos desde argentina portense bien !!!

Hi buddy, you can use J&B weld, it’s strong enough for this and so easy to find it.

I have a question, what can one do with a full can of spray where the the nozzle broke off completely. Its still full, scared the can will blow should I puncture it

Id suggest not puncture it. The paint will probably make a he'll of a mess if it's full. At the very least do it outside and wear eye protection.

The paint probably cost as much as the air valve, fittings and glue. What a waste of time.

Penso che la dimostrazione vale per il riempimento di una sola volta quindi non so fino a che punto ne valga la pena perché da quello che ho visto per riempirla bisogna rifare il procedimento quindi per me il sistema e valido ma non ne vale la pena mi ripeto
