If that pace continues, there will be 586 mass shootings in America by New Year’s Eve. As shocking as those gun violence statistics are, they would be an improvement over the prior two years. According to the Gun Violence Archive, there were 692 mass shootings in 2021, and 610 in 2020. And these numbers don’t include the roughly 20,000 other gun homicides, 25,000 gun suicides and 115,000 non-fatal gun injuries-including the 18,000 children shot and killed or wounded every year. no where near 3 million but we do not have a gun control problem we have a criminal control problem we treat and give criminals more rights then the victim of the crime once a criminal violates the right of a victim he should have all but the right to a fair and speedy trial he did not give a dam about our rights why should we care about his right he gave his right up when he abuse the rights of others

I do not think they are trying to keep guns from law abiding citizens, they are trying to make it harder for criminals to get weapons. Me and the ole lady (a certified firearm instructor) were having this conversation just today... Most of the people I see speaking out against fire arms have never been as much as in the same room with a firearm (short of a cop or security guard) much less have any practical knowledge of what a firearm is capable of... (Of any caliber)... How can you tell me, a law abiding citizen that has been exposed to firearms at a young age and grew to have a healthy respect for them... That guns are evil and should be banned... I say the opposite... Put them in kids hands early... Teach them to respect it the same way you teach them not to stick a fork in an electrical outlet.... Same way you teach them to be able to swim and not drown.... A firearm is a tool just the same as a lathe or a hammer mill.... You don't respect either one of those things.... They can take your life... Same as a car.... You don't respect that you can take someone else's life...

I think it’s important to learn and gain all knowledge, of course that’s impossible seeing how that is a lifelong endeavor. 😃

And there are things you can do to ease tension and put the officer at ease... Because they never know what they are walking up on.... I don't fear cops .. I just give them the respect they deserve

When working in customer service, and I can imagine it’s the same for police, you walk up with a neutral Stand. Hi how are you today? with all those polite words, it can trigger people for some reason? Some people are angry for all sorts of reasons and just looking for people to take it out on and you know what? 9 times out of 10 it’s usually the most descent person you will ever encounter. People have anger hidden so deep that it comes out in the most Volatile ways. Especially after two years of this covid business has really messed people up to the point I can’t even be in the public any longer, it’s too dangerous. I miss my good people but not worth my life their lives.

But why do some folks have such hatred towards people that have opinion different from themselves, and yet say they want acceptance of all, that doesn't add up, you can't want everyone to agree with you so you can be accepting of them. That's not acceptance of all, that is oppression. Our strength is in our differences. We shouldn't want an environment where everyone has to think the same, that isn't freedom at all. Black and Hispanic people both tend to hold a lot of traditionally conservative values, but they're raised to vote Democrat. Candace Owens & several other black conservatives talk about this a lot, I'm white but I was raised the same way. I think the problem is that most of us, regardless of color, just aren't interested in politics, when we're younger in particular. Once we grow up & start paying attention, we realize that we don't relate to what the Democrat party is or has become... especially lately.

That's the difference between far lefties and everyone else. They don't care about facts, they run on hyper emotions.

I love how people that don't know anything about guns, but think they can argue about them! LOL! She was shot by a criminal not a law abiding citizen! She's rediculous! She can't answer because she doesn't know!

If they can eliminate responsibility and accountability for the criminals, then they can blame inanimate objects. Then move on to the next grand delusion.

If people were actually educated in the things they fight against we could have a debate. Problem is most of these people have no idea wtf they're taking About. But they're not so they run from any debate they can't have control over

To give facts in case anybody is wondering here are the most consistent gun facts. Between 500k and 3 million lives are saved each year from firearms(possibly higher as these don't count the hard to track crimes that were stopped before it starts) where as only 9,000 to 15,000 a year are taken from firearms(excluding suicides). Those numbers could drop further if you remove justified cop shootings, accidents and self defense killings but even with these numbers it's not even close. Handguns make up anywhere between 59% and 85% of the gun homicides(year, state and etc included variables) where as rifles, guns commonly sited as the worst guns aka must ban now by the left, make up about 3 to 5 percent of gun deaths(repeat above) where as "hands, feet, fists etc" are about 4 to 8 percent of deaths in America. In 2020, 455 people were killed by rifles where as 662 were killed with "hands, feet, fists etc". Roughly half the deaths by guns, excluding suicides, are caused by gang fights leaving only about 21% caused by random people but this still includes self defense kills and justified cop shootings. I have to say justified or KZread would remove this comment instantly due to "false information." Still might actually.

She's so strong and wrong.

Those that are against guns such as that lady fail to accept that guns are not the problems but bad/evil people who use guns for evil purposes. These anti-gun people are ruled by emotions.

You know what man I just subbed .. I am proud to be sharing a country with you my guy you are amazing strong and probably one of the smartest people I have watched on youtube ... bless you and your family It's a blessing to have found you!

Grew up just 20 minutes from downtown Detroit; still live in the area and sadly 80% of black females have the same attitude as this lady! The black men are usually very outgoing, friendly and able to debate without the attitude! Not sure why the gals have this aggressive, got something to prove attitude as it’s unbecoming for anyone!

It's the example that is set for them by other female role models in their life and that behavior is modeled by EVERYONE aroumd them. Further, it's accepted and they aren't told that it's disrespectful to themselves and everyone else to act that way. What's sad is that they cheat themselves out of a lot of meaningful connections that they COULD make if their attitude wasn't so off-putting and alienating to others.

You cannot go about murdering people, at random, with any tool in your possession. Period! It is illegal, period! Full stop. Using a tool to commit a crime doesn't make that tool bad, it makes the person that committed the crime a fellon. Prosecute the people breaking the laws that are already on the books before you advocate for news ones.

The problem is that "being made to look dumb" or rather "being beaten in THE CHIEF ARGUMENT OF YOUR SIDE" is going to radicalise these RELIGIOUS ZEALOTS and make them go more and more and more extreme in their CLAIMS. You can see that easily when you look at the CLAIMS OF AMBER HEARD ... which were SMALL when she filed for her temporary restraining order, GREW to more events when she tried to blackmail Johnny Depp for "2 penthouses, $50K per month (until she dies) and a bunch of other perks" ... and finally expanded to s..ual abuse during the trials ... when she expanded the period of abuse (after starting with "the first year was magical" she expanded the time to put the first time JD allegedly beat her to right at the start of their relationship).

My logic is that we, or people in general, is that unfortunately we live in a very inauthentic society where everyone seeks validation and will say what they think people want to hear and follow trends just because everyone else is doing it which is why much of these ppl have no clue what their supporting. So i fugure we use that against them, IMO the left hasnt gone so long without being viewed as acting because they own the media so they control how its viewed so until they get crack'd in a way like this that shows just how foolish and comically absurd they sound and look theyre never going to doubt themselves.. And like i said, many Americans want to be validated so once you embarrass and hit em where it hurts theyjust continue to mindlessly follow trend and leave themselves open to ridicule once more. Being the bringers of comedy is a very powerful tool in a political and culture clash. the reasOn why the youth of the 50s and 60s were able to win the culture war because they showed just how comically uptight the pearlclutchers who were disgusted by the new trends and culture were. Again imo if you the counter culture that can have fun and laugh usually win. That was my sort of logic here but you have a very good point and gave me perspective to keep in mind. we dont wanna take it to far and be the bully that creates the next vengeful supervillain lol

She always has to be right. Why? Cause if she feels that way...then it must be right. Even tho logic and facts say otherwise.

She insults her own intelligence by not using it properly.

I was shot by a guy who had an illegal gun but that doesn’t make me think we don’t need guns. If anything it made me want to go get a concealed carry license so I can defend myself and family from these crazy people with illegal guns

It's like religion, nobody likes being told or finding out the gods, they have been spending their lives worshiping, are false.
