The way you attached the rafters to the house was interesting . They looked to me like they should have had the ledger board on the bottom .

Where you attached the ledger board / rafters to the outside of existing structure you need to add hangers with or in addition to a step ledger and 8" ledgelocks

Everything looks great but I'm concerend because you didn't support the roof at the house. I would put a runner under the beams so they rest on it and they will be much stronger and can handle more weight. Just saying. Nice job.

I can’t believe you had your hand right beside the blade while using your circular saw. My saws have a knob for a handle on the other side of the blade guard. Maybe you don’t need all your fingers to run a sawmill.

I have never seen anyone pour concrete on plasti you didn't put any rebar give the concrete something to hold onto and keep the concrete stiffen and you didn't cut in stress joints of cracking. Y'all's notches on your rafters should have went on top of the ledger not underneath the ledger.

That ledger board would not be code where I live. The rafters should be on top of the board, so they bear the weight. Ledger board would be bolted through to inside of house, not just nailed or screwed. Right now, your roof weight is held by nails or screws from the par of the rafters screwed to ledger board. Hope you don’t get heavy winds where you live!

Surely they did not just bury those up right beams in the ground! Termites and worms will destroy these beams in a very few short years. Even treated or creosoted poles do not last too long. This wood should have been put up on the concrete, where it can be kept dry. Hoping for the best.
