Filipino "Breakfast Fried Rice", also called "Garlic breakfast rice." My relatives sometimes brown the garlic before adding rice, but it's easy to burn if not careful. Here I am using some homemade ham, but we usually use bacon and use the fat to fry the rice for extra flavor. This is a great way to use up older rice that has started to dry out.
