You can make soft pretzels in under an hour! Better than store bought, sized perfectly for you, just the right brown and chew!
I rested dough 30 min before boiling, for 56 minutes from start to finish. But you can boil after 14 min rest, for just 40 minutes total time, super fast. If you like a darker, chewier pretzel, boil for up to 60 seconds on a side, these are perfect for me at 20 seconds.
