Easy and delicious cauliflower recipe! Cauliflower tastes better than meat! Today I'm making delicious cauliflower and a wonderful salad out of the oven! The dish is ready in a few minutes and the cauliflower smells delicious! Dinner turns out to be healthy and filling! The whole family is happy. Tender cauliflower. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Cook delicious cauliflower!
Cauliflower.
Salt 2 teaspoons.
Cook covered for 15-20 minutes.
Grease the form with sunflower oil.
Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons.
2 eggs.
Mix.
Sour cream 200gr.
Mix.
Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Milk 250ml.
Salt 1 tablespoon.
Pepper to taste.
Mix.
Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Chop the cauliflower.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes
(350 ° F).
Boil 2 eggs.
1/2 Chinese cabbage.
Disc.
Beets 2 pcs.
Disc.

Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Garlic 2 cloves.

Are you SURE about a tablespoon of salt?? That is a huge amount. I love cauli. Since Ive been on the Keto diet for almost 3 years now its become my go to veggie.I recommend things like Cauliflower croquettes with Kalamata olives and anchovies. Fantastic. A Cauli/Leek/brussel sprout mash is excellent as well. Cauliflower and Turmeric mash is a beauty also.

Trying this now. Used mexican creama which can be a little thinner than sour cream - I should have thought of that to compensate but it is baking. Converted the recipe to US amounts. Taking longer to set than 20 minutes as a cut comes up with some milk consistency in liquid. My liquid also seemed a lot more. Back in the oven now. Looks pretty. Smells good. Even if it doesn't set for cutting like a pie/quiche, I think it will taste good. I used Mrs Dash to cut down the sel(salt). And I used a Swiss cheese.
