Before Covid it was a affordable the really good ribs now in Toronto it’s 12.99 lb for short ribs there so expensive supermarkets has them for cheaper but quality is all right

This looks fantastic. I do not have a pressure or slow cooker. I normally just do my stuff on the stove top in a heavy cast iron pot with a lid for hours and hours!! How long would I cook my ribs for so they turn out like yours and do I keep them in the sauce on a low heat?? Really do wanna try this so would love it if you could answer me!!
