this game doesn’t have to have next gen graphics, if this game had WRESTLE KINGDOM/ ALL STAR PRO WRESTLING PS2 GRAPHICS, i would definitely try it out. its the 2d aspect that kinda breaks it for ppl.

This game truly is amazing. Especially with just sitting down, creating a wrestler, treating them out and tweaking their should parameters and logic. One of of my favorite things to do in this game. Definitely gonna keep playing this game for years to come.

If they walked out with their belts that would be cool

Scar Face there is a way but you have to edit the belt on to your wrestler for when he does his entrance

If you buy the entrance dlc they do come out with the belt and entrance gear, and you get new arenas and can create entrances

I like it I have it on ps4 but tbh it can get boring with gm mode sometimes Edit: Just played it again for the first time in a while its really fun I take it back

I sim my own leagues, and write everything down old school style. Game never gets boring. Seen loads of 5 star matches, since fire pro returns era

@@Trent2002W I used to play at 125 on fp returns now i play on 100. I know it's slow but i like a slow build up to matches. I actually had another KZread channel that I uploaded matches too but I deleted it cause of this coppa KZread carry on. I sim leagues of 6. A world league a tag league and a ic league. 6 guys in each league, the winners of the league get title shots. The bottom 2 of the world league get relegated to the ic league, and everyone else goes into a winner take all battle royal, the winner gets a world title shot and the 7 losers get fired. Sounds complicated but it's not. How do you run your leagues?

I been playing fire Pro since 1996 on Sega Saturn 6 man scramble that's where all started🤷..oh and by the way ☝he's right, fire Pro is the best wrestling game ever in the history of life..i got 978 wrestlers..or something like that..ecw,wcw,nwa,wwf,wwe,fmw,tna,roh,aew,uwf,ufc,..and more wrestlers..all years..from 1950..to 2019..i got movie Stars entertainers🤷

This game is amazing. I love the unlimited creations (which I took full advantage of) and I did not buy 2K19 or 2K20 because I was extremely happy with FPWW. I also base my wrestling channel around Fire Pro :)

There is limit but it's your hard drive size though I heard some person had trouble when they hit 16K character but it might've been patched since then.

The first time that I saw this game some years ago I thought it was crap. Like 3 months ago I bought this and WWE2k20 at the same, guess what? I'm an addict to Fire Pro Wrestling, I even regret of buying 2K20 and not the Complete Edition of FPW. The game is so damn cool, the moves are awesome and we can easily download more than 1000 wrestlers (1500 is the limit I think), just think about a wrestler and it is already there with 4 awesome attires and perfect moveset. We can also create arenas and even referees, now I have complete rosters for WWE (current and legends), AEW, TNA and almost every wrestling promotion with its arenas and referees. Also there are hundreds of non wrestling creations, like Dragon Ball, Street Fighter and the Power Rangers. It is the same that you can do in the WWE2k games but with no limits (I have all my favorites and I don't even reach 1000 creations yet). Once you know how to play and how to download creations and make rosters the game is so addictive. I wish that they port this game to Nintendo Switch one day, I will buy it again. Oh and by the way... I never liked this kind of games before for the graphics, I don't even like all those current games who look like they are from the Super Nintendo (I'm 33, they bring back bad memories of when I was a kid and all we had was 2-D games), but Fire Pro Wrestling is awesome. FPW World is a MUST buy for every Wrestling fan.

Finally bought this game this is one of the best wrestling games ever hate that I let the graphics and learning curve stop me from this gem

People who choose not to play this game are missing the boat. Hands down when it comes to just having fun, this game is where is at!

I never stopped playing this game. So with that being said, I hope more and more people buy this

I have been playing these games from the SNES days through till now and I will always be a fan.

I have known about this series for 20 years and keep saying I'm going to play it. Who cares if the graphics are 2D? The modding aspect is killer and you can create any promotion any era you desire. I think now that I'm off work until things get better it wouldn't be a bad idea to get it

True. I just started playing this game today, and within the first 10 minutes (after creating my wrestler) I was frustrated with being new to this kind of game. But after learning the tips and tricks. It's incredibly addictive

Since I don't have a PC, this will be a good substitute for something like TEW.

TEW can run on any computer

This game is fun. Took a few tries to get used to the controller settings, but fun. Just wish the wrestlers would walk out with their belts. I likes this game, it was also on sale for $14.99.

Timing-based grappling doesn't sit well with me, so I don't think I'll bother playing this overrated game.

I can never find a online match though on pc

Seeing you play makes me wish the newLegacy guys would make another Brawl4All event.

It all about timing the moves right I still some what have this problem on the PS2 game

The most glaring omission is not being able to counter strikes like in the Aki games and most other wrestling games

This game is actually pretty fun. It's a shame many look past it cause "Oh the graphics look bad". To me, I don't care how "bad" the graphics are long as the gameplay is good. Translation? Gameplay over graphics any day of the week.

Lol nobody says that. The people that don't like this game is not because of the graphics, but the graphing system that is so alienated from the average wrestling games.

this game gives me wcw vs the world vibes. mostly just the ring size, angle and how the ref zooms around

I love the comments about dismissing this game based on the graphics. I've played it and dismiss it based on the fact that it in no way resembles any sort of human movement. Also hate the auto-grappling, way overrated by fanboys IMO.

What did put you so off? The New 2k games are a pain to play imo, they are sooooo slooowww! Movement us too simulation with physics and inertia. I love fire pro for its speed, simplicity and timed based gameplay.

But what are the controls like?! Fire Pro on GBA is great, easy to get used to. But I just got fire pro returns on PS3, and it's horrible. I haven't played it loads yet but, from what I've played, I can't win a grapple. Is World easier to get used to and win grapples?

I've given up on wrestling games, especially WWE games. So, I've gone back & ordered N64 games. Till, wrestling games become hot again, I'll stick with the classics BUT fire pro wrestling is on my list.....for the Nintendo Switch cause I'm not much of a PS4 fan either.

Game need to innovate with more areas to go. Break tables, create story. More yes more custom create a wrestler parts and music integration

Great video, the only game I still okay is No Mercy, I love the CAWs , spent hours and hours customizing and doing cpu vs cpu. Have never played fire pro before but have known about it for a long time. Subbed

@@RoyStantz you can make a striker shoot style wrestler and just punch or kick till the enemy goes down and go for a follow up ground moves like ground and pound or submission moves

The best wrestling game yes it is so cool that we can download caw and real wrestlers around the world organization I have fire pro returns but this is the same better graphics and upgraded. I love the graphics I think it fools guys it isnt easy in the beginning lol but after awhile it's pretty easy and the deathmatch omg I love them all

It plays nothing like real wrestling. No selling at all. Wrestlers just get straight back up after pretty much every move.

On ps4 yes, on PC you have to buy them

And they should have maded a mobile version too

Biggest issue for me is the no selling.

I will never dismiss a game that has as much history as FirePro. I envy those that love the gameplay style. But I cant get into it, and i have tried. AKI has spoiled me. That being said, if this was on Xbox, I'd totally try it, maybe with some years under me I could a totally get it.

Would anyone still get it in 2023? Been on the fence about getting it.

If they added commentary in English and Japanese this game would be more epic

It's a tad expensive for the full game PS4 49.99 for the game 49.99 for a 3 pack DLC + roster update 19.99 stardom roster/edit parts/belts 19.99 entrance edit dlc/3 new arenas Plus possibly 3-4 unannounced DLC packs probably at 19.99 usd

It's on a deal just now on ps store for £13. Plus you can get the disc for like 15 bucks these days but for what you get the whole game is worth it. I bought it on steam when it first came out and got it on ps4. And have a few of the dlc packs on ps4 well worth it

I just got the game and got all the dlc besides the fighting road DLC.. when I download my wrestlers CAws and put them in promotions when I try to play as them they’re greyed out and I can’t play as them pls help

You could just copy that edit and change their moves if you dont want to buy the other DLC

This game sounds cool but i feel like i should be playing it on my cell phone not my Console

I bought and played FPWW on PS4 and To be fair I don't think the game is as amazing as many people say. I liked it but it didn't give me that much impression. Mostly because of these bugs freezing the game whenever I tried to play story mode or mission mode. And yes, I know that I can fix the issue by setting the console language to English, but that alone shouldn't be there in the first place.
