Our 30min On Demand Workouts are perfect for individuals to use for themselves, for the people they care for, or with a group at senior communities including adult day care programs, assisted living communities, and more. our workouts are perfect for seniors, mobility aid users, amputees, those with dementia, and more.
Our Instructor Certification is offered through our 1-Day Live Zoom Training or our Complete Online Course. This course is pre-approved with the following organizations:

Hello. I'm a cota and I love your music class. I use it with my seniors. Could you please develop one for beat it or thriller that's simpler like this one? In my class I have a lot of older adults with contractures that can't move one or all for limbs but still want to participate so it has to be simple. I think this level was just perfect for the majority of them. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work!
