'You're On Your Own, Kid' is about people not being there for you and having to go it alone, which is how she felt when the media came for her about her relationship with Matty Healy. 'Long Live' is a love letter to the people who stuck by her. She felt like everyone who was supposed to have her back during that time just didn't. I think that's why she scrapped 'Long Live' and used 'But Daddy, I Love Him' as the opener to the TTPD set. For me, it feels like she's saying "I felt like you weren't there for me then but you're here now and I still love you."

I saw one of the first shows and we didn't get it. The "Speak Now" era started out as only one song. Everyone who got to see it live is really lucky.

She gets tired but she never gets tired of it! She was born for this and always smiles every single time! She loves her fans and them singing back. It’s all she ever wanted. Even just 1 person. Look at her now! She’s amazing

I was in that concert. Amazing night! You are on your own kid represents so much my life as a migrant in Lisbon. I came 5 years ago and I went through a lot of things, so for me listening to that song in Lisbon was so magical . ❤❤❤ and then when she sang long live was even more beautiful because it was a song I dedicated to my boyfriend (portuguese) a couple of months ago. 😅😅 so it kindda felt like all was connected.

It was a long time coming. I am really happy for last night. But either way, she is simply amazing and it's a pleasure to see her perform in the Eras Tour :)
