    Rice and beans are great fillers. I use them a lot to stretch a pound of ground beef into more than 1 meal.

    so for us, rice and boxed or fresh pasta keeps us from being too broke to eat. then we can spruce it up with knorr, a small amount of protein, or sauce 👍

    I am so excited to try this! It's in the oven now. I had red beans, so I swapped them for the black beans. I had salsa con queso from Aldi, so I used 10.5 oz of that instead of the cheese soup and salsa. Everything else I had.

    Great ideas Maria. I especially liked the taquitos. One another note, I would like to know if you would do a tutorial on getting the tendons out of chicken tenders.     Pay attention to the smoke point of the oil you use! Lower smoke point the easier it will burn! Seasame good for.high heat. Veggie oil is okay. Extra virg olive oil not so Good

    My trsiler burnt 6 years ago so i lived in my shed 3 years. I always wanted to live na cabin. My yuppy family said walk away n live n govt house. Why. In 3 years itll b paid off ny new 40 by 14 foot fema traer is paid. Im ok.the last year was hardest no electric or car. I cooked outside n sat under tree all day in el nino summer lived n air conditioned library. My cat loves me. Got ripped off by 2 girls for $2500. Silver coins stolen by 2 others tools stolen like weedeater n drill. Other things stolen by 2 house cleaners they did good job but stole from me others here too. Live on $933 total social security and SSI. No food stamps. Broke .will b 70 on 22nd. No family or friends. But God takes care of me.
