This is my absolute favorite song from Sailor Moon. I first heard in on CD back in the 90s when a collection of japanese(!) songs was sold on CD in Germany. I was a teenager at that time. Now I'm 37 years old and finally I am getting married next week. Somehow this is making me nostalgic. Seems like it is never to late to find the one right person.. 😊

Ich erinnere mich an die CD, „Sailor Moon: The Original Songs“! In dem Booklet wurde man seitens RTL2 dazu aufgefordert, die im Fernsehen ausgestrahlten Musikvideos zu diesen Songs zu bewerten, die ich leider nie gesehen habe. Ich hab diese CD als Kind geliebt und höre sie immer noch sehr gerne, auch wenn ich als Kind damals nicht ganz den Zusammenhang zwischen diesen Liedern und dem deutschen Sailor-Moon-Anime gefunden habe und mir viel Bekanntes aus den Songs erst mit dem japanischen Dub wieder entgegenkam. Werde dieser Musik wohl nie überdrüssig werden ❤️

When I listened to this song, it almost like I know this show forever! (I finished watching sailor moon crystal and the 90s, the 90s it make me feel like I know sailor moon forever)

This song is so sweet and hopeful. Reminded me of my younger days before life happened and made me jaded.

God, I miss power ballad wailing guitars like this. Nostalgia bomb just hearing this. Also, honestly, Sailor Moon could've ended at this point, at the end of classic SM, and I would've been happy. It was a hope spot, but open enough to interpretation, but not TOO open, and just honestly a perfect ending.

I think it definitely would’ve been a bittersweet ending. Everyone gets a happy ending and new chance at life but it’s sad bc they lost their memories.

I'm big fan of Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Man someday I hope to find my prince .

My fiance and I were super super into Sailor Moon. We would cosplay Usagi and Mamoru together and she even had "Bunny" as her nickname. MamoUsa was our fucking life for years. But after 8 years of being together she left me. And then got rid of her sailor moon stuff. But i cant forget those memories of feelings. So i listen to this stuff to not forget my happiness.

It just takes time. Regardless of what you believe one way or the other, Michael Jackson is associated in people's minds with some pretty awful things, but people still love and enjoy his music. Whether it is this song or his voice acting in the anime, in time we will be able to seperate Toru Furuya's vile actions from the work that he did as Mamoru Chiba. Right now it is just a bit too raw because it has been not even 2 months since the news. We have to remember an actor's job is to convincingly pretend to be someone else. Furuya might be a bad person, but that doesn't mean anything to who Mamoru as a character is or what he, or this song, might mean to us. The character was ultimately the product of many people, Furuya's performance, the director, the animators, the script writer's, etc. He is more than the sum of his parts is what I am saying. Furuya was important in defining the character, but the character didn't begin or end with him, let alone who Furuya was as a person. Not to mention, if this helps, we don't know if, in the 90s when he played Mamoru, Furuya was the same awful person he was during the years he was abusing that poor woman. He may well have become a monster later on.
