Why do you mix everything the hard way honey why don't you put it in a big bowl and then dump it in it'd be so much easier to mix it's worth watching One Big bowl

I like this recipe! I don’t make pasta often, but this looks delicious! Love the springform pan. It’s fun to do stuff like this! I would add chives maybe to the top. Thanks Justine! BTW, your Alfredo/chicken/biscuit muffin recipe was a huge hit! I froze several of them, my husband loves them. Served with salad, just great! Happy Wednesday! 🫶🥰🇺🇸

Why don't you try mixing the sour cream, soup and seasoning , add the chicken and stir again. Getting those incorporated first would make mixing much easier. Then the pasta. Or just use a larger bowl for ease of mixing!!

I’d rather dirty a big bowl to avoid mixing in the pan like that. There are quite a few cooks on KZread that do that.

It's supposed to bind it and keep its cake shape. Of course if you cooked it in another pot or bowl you could omit the egg.

O my goodness. Looks wonderful. I csn figure out a way to make this lighter I think. I may do it with basil and parsley and green onions

I cook similar things all the time. Unless you want the fancy presentation of a savory "cake", make it easier and not heat up the oven by mixing all the ingredients in the big pot that you cook the noodles in. Everything will get combined quicker, have a low fire underneath to warm it, and you won't need the egg either.

Make your own cream of soup to substitute for the canned if you are so opposed to using it.
