The ones about perfectionism & not allowing myself to take on new identities (in order to grow/evolve) REALLY hit home! I'm still using "Perfectionism" as a excuse to not fully jump in & just get momentum going...even tho I KNOW that's exactly what needs to happen. Sometimes you do just need to "start messy" &/or "done is better than perfect". Then for Identities, I had a very hard time w/the "youtuber" title, for ex. I had my own negative connotations towards it & that alone had me stalemated for YEARS (& I kinda abandoned this channel for a long time). I still don't love it, but I see now that if I could've just gotten over it (gotten over myself), I would be so much farther along in this journey. It's a pretty big regret. Ah well. Live & learn 😅 & hopefully GROW. Here's to a new era!
