The only thing that Regine is outstanding is that, she knows what she's doing, she doesn't need to be coached, she's a coach of herself and makes it sound very easy na when you try to do it yourself you'd be dead in no time. Elha hands down! she has the tool, she can sing, but let's consider bata pa xa, she'll learn a whole lot of life for singing. Then again, Regine admitted in one of her interview na nahihirapan na xa compared during her prime na parang humihinga lang xa, parang wala lang ngyari. Let's be honest, people are trying to have a new Regine sounding, at least to suffice their ears when it comes to singing, birit in particular. But for me, Regine will always be the Queen kahit hindi na xa kumakanta, my respect and highest admiration will always be for her.

Agree. Regine was also very lucky to have been first managed by Ronnie Henares who steered her in the right path when she was too young to make important career decisions. I heard that the two remain good friends.

Wala po sa listahan si Nora Aunor. Hindi pa po nasundan sila Francisco Feliciano and Ramon Santos as the National Artist for Music in 2014 dahil wala pang naganap na National Artist Awarding after that. The closest to the National Artist Award sana ay si Francis Magalona who received military honors at the time of his death, and a posthumous Presidential Medal of Merit award. Naabutan sya ng closing ng nomination sa 2009 National Artist awarding kaya wala sya sa list of candidates. He wasn't nominated at the 2014 National Artist awarding, which is the latest.

it's not lip synch. she just sings it effortless and relaxed. she doesn't need to go around the stage or crumple her face just to reach high notes. and it sounds perfect when she sings LIVE!

ellas was so good however what makes this RV rendition of this song untouchable is yung spot on na ability ni Regine to reach those high notes. maybe because yung kanta is just within her wide vocal range kaya walang kahirap hirap sa kanya.. other singers ive heard sang this medyo nagfaflat at bumebwelo pa in hitting the high notes.. regine nilalaro lang niya.. otherwise ella was very good..
