Who doesn't love a roast potato? This is a great way of cooking baby potatoes, roasting them brings out their flavour & adding rosemary & garlic just ramps them up to another level.
These are perfect for dipping in to the baked Camembert (recipe link at the end). or just as a side dish.
Ingredients:
500g baby new potatoes
3 sprigs rosemary
1 bulb garlic (lightly bashed)
salt & pepper
olive oil
