Have you heard the legend of 'Corvus the Discarder' and 'Proxima the Discarded'? It's not a tale the Second Dinner would tell you. Once upon a time, Discard was forgotten. But then came Corvus Glaive. He and his buddy Electro teamed up to discard big bodacious cards. But soon after arrived Proxima Midnight. Once Corvus *discarded* her, he could never stop. Sometimes he would accidentally discard Hela and that would make Proxima angry. But Corvus was always sorry for that. He becomes too high on energy everytime he visits Kama-Taj with Electro. So he would be unable to differentiate between Hela and Proxima since they both have thorn-like helmets and both have *Discardable Features* . But Proxima loves him as much as he loves her. So she forgave his past mistakes. Corvus loves *discarding* Proxima and Proxima loves being discarded by Corvus. This power couple *discarded* all over marvel snap. They discarded on the faces of Thanos meta-slaves, making them cry like toddlers. They even *discarded* on famous snap content creators. They brought new life to the *Discard* genre. They *discarded* so hard that even Morbius said, "It's discardin' time." They became the new and true power couple of marvel. Everyone was in awe of their *discarding* capabilities.

I was the Negative Loki deck at 11:50! I've been rocking the base avatar for over a year but couldn't resist the Pixel Sabretooth for the Pixels Collection 😂 I knew I was kinda screwed when gambit sniped my monster and the only threats I had in hand were Iron Man / Mystique to double Mr Negative or play into Sewer System. The Prof X was just a hail mary, hoping you didn't have big stuff to play on Sewer System. I thought about retreating, but figured it was worth playing out for 2 cubes.

I think I fought a similar deck earlier, and I had Miek, so they just kind of helped me out. Especially on the final turn, Apoc in hand, playing Modok down, and they hit me with a Moon Knight or Silver Samurai. I had gotten their Proxima off of White Palace, and them my Lady Sif. They also had discarded their Stature, and I think they had a Hela, too.

Man, i wish i had Silver Samurai for this kind of deck. Looks so fun !

Not gonna lie your deck ideas are really inspirational.

Lately I've been including Moon Knight in my classic Apoc deck, because it worked better than putting some other cards. I'm gonna try your version, because I did try the previous iteration you did with this and I had fun. But I think I'll eventually swap the greedy stuff off and place some other consistent win conditions (Morbius and even maybe Apoc+Dracula).

I love this deck, played a similar list back in Loki season in the infinite ranks. It actually does really well and imo abs man isn't greedy - doubling up on a discard can be utterly crippling to some decks (heaven help them if Kamar Taj or Sinister London flips up). I ran Hela instead of Wong in order to get to closed locations for surprise wins and that worked out well. The deck is one of those decks that don't feel that strong, but I think it's one where the impact of your discards aren't fully known to you (like iceman but for a whole deck). Super fun and potentially strong deck, this deck or some variation of it could be what the devs were worried about then when they said they didn't want forced discard to be too strong. Oh and also, the "classic discard" matchup is basically 0% so there's that keeping this deck in check I guess haha

I was playing grandmaster over absorbing man. On Wong, you’ll move two of guys out of the right or left lane. Turn goes Yondu, Zabu, Wong, 3 or four drop, Grandmaster Yondu and the drop.

Seems like it has far more consistency than what I used to play two seasons ago. I had a Lockjaw in my discard deck. Silver Samurai would get played out and then it would hit the opponents hand and then it would jump back into the deck and then another card would come out and then I would hit their hand with a Blackbolt or another and then get the silver samurai back on the next draw and then play again. So mine was jank; this one that has more consistency. It’s always fun when you delete the opponent’s hand.

I made a deck like this but I added Yondu and Cable so they also would run out of cards to draw incase their hand was already empty, so much fun to play when it works, I can imagine the other player just cursing me lol

Hey! I've been running a deck like this but basically with Yondu, Gladiator, and Nega Sonic in place of the premium cards. It absolutely feels clunky and like it doesn't do enough, but sorta just gets there. I think I have Surfer in that build too to try n win off power if need be

This is exactly what I wanted to get Proxima for and of course with 3 keys I couldn't get her. I had the Stature deck waiting for her and now... The sad thing is I'm always seeming to fight Discard decks when I play it.

Game 2, I think the opponent played perfectly but, you know, Gambit... They had a great strategy given what they were up against.

Serious talk, why does this game refuse to change Stature? I like her design so much, but she's never really felt that good to play and now Proxima just kinda feels like a complete upgrade on every level other than the fact you get to pick where Stature goes. Honestly the most frustrating thing about this game is how I'm collection level 9.5k and still missing meta relevant cards. Card acquisition seems like it's designed to make you spend money, which is not how the game used to be. Nobody likes losing to cards they don't have. Balance has been pretty poor these last couple seasons. Power creep is at an insane level already. You can't even make a viable deck with just pool 3 cards anymore. I really don't get why they don't just give everybody a Card occasionally like Kitty Pride. People would literally love Second Dinner if they did that. Also this game has no future with how the spotlight caches work. No new player is going to slog through losing every season with dinky pool 3 decks to open cards in spotlights. Cannot believe they've left spotlights like this for so long.

Please use variants Bro u take one of the Best parts of the game just because some new playera might get confused. I honestly think more than 80% of the viewers are already familiar with the game and the cards enough. Dont get me wrong, i enjoy the videos as they are i just really think been able to see your variants would improve the average viewer experience.

I'm annoyed with the game already and I started not that long ago. As soon as you hit series 3, you start facing decks full of series 4 and 5 threats I couldn't possibly hope to beat. I'm almost ranked 100,000 now and am just sick and tired of losing to decks I can't even begin to beat. Wasted money on this garbage game.

I felt the same way man. Started last October and really felt discouraged to keep playing after reaching series 3. Some advice. Don't reach infinite until close to the end of the season if you can help it. Bots are your friends. Focus on just doing your daily missions and getting cards.
