Without meat, this meal will surprise your family! You will need 1 zucchini and some spices. Nothing better and fresher than marinated zucchini. A delicious zucchini salad! Impossible to stop eating it! Enjoy immediately or marinate in the fridge (it will be even better). You can eat this dish with or without the marinade. I will be able to avoid disgorging the zucchini (since I add liquid afterwards) but this method is better because it eliminates the excess water from the zucchini. Good tasting !

Ingredients :
500 g zucchini (1 large zucchini)
1 teaspoon of salt
Prepare the marinade:
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 chilli, finely chopped
Pepper

Absolument magnifique, "masterpeace" ! I don't had ..marple sirop at home and no red vine vinaigre, so for replace i used balsamic vinaigre that test little bit sweet! All Ok! Thank you for this beautiful "recette" that i shared with plenty of friends today, but only the ones wo enjoy cooking, not only ..eating! Gigi!
