Looks yummy! Only change I would make is I would throw the garlic in before the zuchhini is sauteed, add onion powder and replace dill with fresh parsley.

The magic here is the dusting of flour! It holds in the zucchini's own moisture, otherwise, the zucchini goes limp because it's mostly water. Who knew? Definately doing this - thank you for your video! (Seems like a lot of dill though :-)

Definitely going to try this, maybe with smoked paprika. Adding raw garlic after cooking is new idea for me! Hope dried dill works; hard to find fresh.

Definitely smoked Hungarian paprika. If you can find Hódi, it's the best. I can't find fresh dill either-goung to try dried as well

If You have problem with Yr.stomach , it is better to add the finely chopped garlic to the pan+it will blend in better. Of course if You enjoy the strong garlic taste, do it after. In any case it is a tasty appetizer. 😊
