You have 1 potato and 1 egg! Quick recipe in 5 minutes. simple and tasty potato recipe
Recipe and ingredients
00:00 Recipe 1
00:18 Green onions.
00:35 Grate 200 g of potatoes into thin slices.
01:00 Fill with cold water.
01:07 Squeeze out the water.
01:14 Place in a bowl.
01:26 1 egg.
01:30 add green onions.
01:32 salt pepper nutmeg.
01:41 mix well.
01:49 Add 50g mozzarella cheese and mix.
02:04 Olive oil.
02:14 Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
02:40 Flip.
02:54 Cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

2 potatoes.
1 onion.
oil for frying.
Parsley.
Mozzarella 100 g.
6 tortillas.
