When I came across this video, I was simply scrolling through my recommended page trying to look for a video to fall asleep to. Now, I realize that clicking on this video was something I didn’t know I needed. A few months ago I was talking to this girl, eventually I messed up really bad and she cut me off. I had to live with myself for months just thinking about how I threw something so good down the drain. You’re situation was so eerily similar to mine. I was a junior and she was a senior. Prior to that, I was stuck in some sort of love triangle I knew wasn’t good for me. This girl was different, though. She matched my personality so perfectly it was scary. I’ve never liked a girl as much as I liked her. Now that she’s gone, i’ve gone everyday, without fail, thinking about her. I’ve contemplated texting her and telling her that I miss her, but I was unsure. This video helped me realize what i need to do: I should act before it’s too late. Soon she’ll be going off to college and doing her own thing. Whether she takes me back or not is her choice, but even if the outcome isn’t what I wanted, at least I’ll know I tried. Thank you so much man, you’re gonna do great things.

I think sometimes we all need to hear these real talks from people we don’t know. It leaves a bigger impact imo because it’s a complete stranger who is telling you the impacts things had in their life and you go back and think about these randomly and realize these are things we sometimes do or have experienced or even will experience or maybe we won’t and we can be thankful we didn’t do them because we see the impacts of it because a stranger took the time to tell their story. Keep doing what you do, this genuinely does help people even if it sounds strange. It’ll help people cope, realize, or even stop at times.

Even though you say "dont let the past change you" in some way it does change you, in a good or bad it depends on the person. I'm not disagreeing with u I just wanted to say that maybe the best way to live is to remember the past and learn from it, live in the present and be aware of it and looks towards the future and strife for it.
