I do get the “wow” I grew up watching the same things and despite being young I witnessed events in this era too, the first time I did watch this I was considerably young. I’m not sure why so many think we aren’t able to have the ability to recognize classics like these, everyone in my generations isn’t the same, the generalizing is too annoying and far stretched.

Most memorable part of the film next to the intro for me. Haven't seen a dance film since replicate anything even close to that level of attitude. Smooth af too even the comedic value from dude in the blue tracksuit. Sorry got carried away but still.

This movie inspired an entire generation of dance movies and shows like America's Best dance crew .it might've not aged that well but it really made a huge impact in entertainment .real talk .

Ugh! I miss the late 90s-early 2000s...We had so much fun, no fights breaking out like these days. A bunch of us went to the theater to see this. I think they turned up the volume and bass in the theater just for this movie. Mostly highschool and college age kids were in the theater. Almost everybody was dancin' in their seats 😆

This Movie will forever be my ultimate dance movie. The movie that inspired and set the foundation for all other dance movies. This movie is the realest.
