Transactional consistency can also be viewed as integrity constraints which we add in our dbs like foreign key, unique, non null etc. Its hard to maintain these constraints across shards in multiple instances.

Seriously Dude! Go read the meaning of the word "Consistency". By just rephrasing the consistency problems and giving it names wont change anything. Kudos for explaing consistency in different scenarios, but you also told a load for crap.
