I really liked that consept of a gamemode, I think it would have been better if just one of the players is the moving save and maybe maybe has tripple his normal HP or something like that.

This game mode has literally been wiped out of my memory until now

I really want Bot Drop to come back 😢

A bit of a shame this was removed Weekend Events in brawl are super stale at this point and this was kinda cool on paper but of course this is really just robo rumble with extra steps

It's probably not a good thing when I remember the ad for the mode more than the mode itself lmao😂

I liked how they made a whole animation over this gamemode and just abandoned it💀💀

If they brought back last stand i would improve some things 1. IMPROVE the A.I so the 8-Bit stays away from the bots instead of kamikaze-ing into them 2. Make the matches last 2 minutes and 30 seconds but in turn 8-Bit shuts down more frequently to give the game mode a sense of urgency 3. Make a map design that isnt cheese-able but can make players to be skilled with the brawler theyre using like using eve to float over a SMALL water gap so that the bots still chase her but shes nit completely safe from them. 4. Make the coins slightly more scarce so that you decude whether to wake up 8-Bit to help fight, or leave the couns be and keep 8-Bit shut down in a tactical position that makes protecting him easier Finally 5. Introducing new enemy tyoes, for the past several years weve seen the same bots over and over again, so introducing new enemies exclusive the mode would definitely help it a fair bit, heck even bring back the super city monster too, he's been long gobe for a grand while now.

I find it funny that Last Stand's failure made Supercell treat PvE like a side-project and focus on other stuff, most likely the huge amoun of reworks we got after that season. I think the concept was really cool, and it was a track in the right direction to expand the game's options and world, but it definitely needed some tweaking that never arrived.

Shame ot got such a great anination and even a music piece for itself. Lonestar and takedown are remembered for being early forgotten gamemodes and just the names are eastly to remember. There are mor forgotten modes, like peek-a-boo, gold the trophy or others.

The most ironic fact that the ad where promoted this mode ya know pam one so it technically now false advertising

I've seen a lot of videos about last stand being most forgotten game mode - but its not. The true most forgotten game mode is that forgotten, that no one even talks about it and remembers it. And that game mode is... Bot drop It was in the game only for season 12 and never came back and no one remembers it even existed. Even Supercell never added it into community game mode poll. Maybe could you do video about that mode?

as a 8 bit main i can say 8 bit is everywhere. he has a gamemode. he has 2/3 scenario of him he even got a secret minigame. overall 8 bit is underated

I don't think that cheesing PvE as a main way to win is a problem in itself. If you remember good old days of weekend tickets (yeah, this thing existed), people beat Robo rumble to 13:13 time by cheesing with El Primo who just jumps into the wall on the top and all bots stop moving. Still, this game mode was (and is) quite fun

Good idea but horrible in practice. Even supercity rampage was more enjoyable then this. 8-bit stopped way too often, died very easily and AI was dumb

I really wished we could have gotten more weekend game modes of PvE like Super City Rampage, playing the original 3 events are getting too boring imo instead of them making a useless game mode that nobody will ever play (trophy escape)
