Imma give it to you straight, if you have done enough inner work and still find him creepy then trust that , if you haven’t done inner work then it’s probably just a projection of what you feel about yourself. You know we see in others what we subconsciously see in ourselves. Something that we haven’t accepted ourselves. When you squeeze an apple, apple juice comes out and not orange juice.

I was eating like that a few years ago and out of nowhere I started developing an allergic reaction every time I ate an avocado.

Hey buddy, have u found out anything that caused this random allergy. I too am going through this, I always had allergies, but only shellfish & nuts. Last yr I was eating super healthy and all of a sudden I got many rashes, break outs & breathing difficulties eating various things, started with kiwis & then after many diff things that's healthy. There has to be something more to this?

@@infectedmuhrom6039 It has been suggested to me to try only eating certified organic avocado's, but they aren't easy for me to get in my area. Perhaps it is pesticides?

@@infectedmuhrom6039 no need to be embarrassed! Higher fat diets are the essence behind keto diets. Olive oil, and 4 avacados is a lot of fat for a single meal imo. I am not saying whether it’s healthy or not or if it works for him. Just surprised he’d be eating that high of a diet in fats unless he’s specifically trying to be keto. Hopefully I explained this a bit better?
