“You were doing it wrong.” Man. Intensity personified. “Don’t bother me with negative shit.” “Exactly.” The leg stomp and flex. Jay.

It’s funny how these guys like to big up how hard they trained. I and a lot of average Joes I know have trained so hard for various sports that we have vomited. And bleeding … go watch any game of rugby at any level and see guys knocking lumps out of each other resulting in cuts and buckets of blood.

Take the drugs out of it and the top 15 guys in the world would still be there

And then he finally came out on Greg Douchette's podcast to admit he was doing 300 mg Equipoise in 10 weeks cycles on top of other stuff his entire career. 10 weeks on, 10 weeks off cold turkey. Off the gear a couple months before the Arnold, right back on the drugs after winning the Arnold. He tried several stacks and combos for 10 years. You can't get anywhere as big as he did without that stuff, and now he's on mandatory weekly TRT because his body can't make it's own testosterone anymore. He doesn't regret any of it either.

Yeah, steroids increase red blood cell count. But it also depends on where you’re at, how dry the atmosphere is, the altitude, etc..
