I need an answer from you printful, what is the absolute maximum size of a image for the back of a hoodie, i have seen videos saying that they go 5000x5000px or 5000x6000px or 6000x7000px can any of those be used? Please reply i keep missing the chat live feature

That can depend on the hoodie. We suggest checking out our File guideline. You can find them next to the product description on the product page. File guidelines are downloadable and can be used for design creation. They also provide all of the necessary information like print area. 😉
Will Printful give the tracking number in 3 days????......because we have to update tracking within 3 days and package in transit

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Our fulfillment times are 2-5 business days, but we usually finish fulfilling order even quicker - up to 3 business days. 🙂
Okay, I'm still really confused on this 3 day ship by policy. This video says that Printful is still working on getting that lifted for us but then said we can set it for 5-7 days. How is that possible if the 3 day window still hasn't been lifted? forgive me if this is a silly quesion, I just don't understand.

Good question! The 3 day ship policy has not been lifted yet, however, by following the steps in this guide (seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=73206455404290&role=1&course_type=1&from=search&identity=1) you can extend the processing time on the TikTok side up to 7 days, which allows us enough time to get the orders shipped out on time. 😊
