I found this video after starting the process. The privacy and settings never came up for me. Because I didn’t link immediately I just made a TikTok shop acct first then linked after. Now I’m trying to connect Printful but says authorization warnings, “On Hold” Order status. Meaning they won’t sync orders from TikTok. Anyone else get this? How can I fix this?

Printful isn't able to meet TikTok Shop's 3-Day Ready to Ship requirement/policy for any of their items from my experience. T-shirts take at least 5 days to be printed, their premium Eco Hoodies take over 1 week, and Tik Tok Shop will aggressively punish seller accounts for these "violations." Printful needs to address these issues up front or sellers can and will get their shops shut down.

This is happening with a lot of 'dropshipping' type models on TT shop. I'm curious, have you tried products that have faster shipping (e.g. mugs, prints or hats?) - that might be less risky?

At 8:00 when it says about weight based shipping I can't add the weight based shipping to my products because I haven't yet added any products because I haven't linked my Printful yet with my products on...I am hoping that won't be a problem 😬

This is the same case for the Amazon Marketplace as well. I would suggest allocating a percentage of your profits for this. Typically stores that use this type of policy even on platforms like Shopify, often find greater success as it can help increase trust and overall sales. It's one of the things that makes ecommerce in general so great.

Hello question, I use printify but I know usually POD items can't be returned. Do you know how to create a policy regarding returns only if item damaged or misprint. Or do you know if TikTok helps with returns

Funds are transferred to the bank account that you have connected to TikTok. No other options at the moment.

I think you should only start posting these videos once you get the shipping time issue sorted with TikTok.

@printfulcustomprinting I made a ton of products that are available in the "USA Region", but the TikTok Shop integration defaults to "US Domestic" which excludes every single product I spent so much time on. What even is the difference? And why is there no option to change it?

Than what benefits are you providing us fir connecting Printful with TikTok. All those things that you have mentioned in video can also be performed without connecting Printful.

Question regarding shipping times: since Tiktok shop requires an item to be shipped out within 3 days and in your video, for tshirts, it clearly states that shipping is w/in 5-11 days, how is Printful able to guarantee us that you can print and ship ALL of our items within 3 days?

@funnythingz365 still waiting for tiktok to update the shipping number on an item. The buyer received it, but tiktok still wants me to ship it. Customer service said they are on it, though. Don't bother connecting with the chat agent. All they do is want you to "trouble shoot" and clear your cookies when something with the shop doesn't work. Just submit a ticket. Takes days, but at least someone is trying to figure out a solution for you.

I dont have an add warehouse button next to return warehouse.

How can we make reels for tshirts

I live in the UK. Does this mean that I must only select the UK as my selling region because that's where I'm based? A couple of things come to mind. Firstly, the market will be way smaller. Hey! Unfortunately you have to be in the US to sell on the US market with TikTok Shop. However, don't worry about shipping fees for products shipped to the UK. If you opt for products that are fulfilled in Europe, shipping fees will be smaller than for products fulfilled in the US and shipped to the UK. 🙂

Usually, you can set up manual order approval, which means that you'll have to manually accept orders on your Printful Dashboard and we won't be able to charge you for fulfillment until you've accepted the order which you can do after receiving the funds for your order. However, this may not be suitable for TikTok Shop, as this will delay the order fulfillment and the order won't be fulfilled during the required time on TikTok Shop.

To my understanding TikTok shop doesn't pay out until the customer recieves their order and an 8 day period for returns has expired. If this is the case, is there anything that printiful is working on/currently providing for it's users to set up a selected pay date to charge their users for orders or to draw funds directly from the tiktok shop? I know y'all have a somewhat partnership with TikTok so there has to be some way that sellers can ethically receive payments and make profits. Thank you!

No, currently there are no such plans. We are working with TikTok to lift the 3-day shipping policy for our app, however, we can't influence how platforms handle their customers' payments.

Hi! You can create a new Shipping Template by clicking Create. Make you've create a Warehouse listing before at My Account > Account Settings > Warehouse Settings > Add warehouse.

I have an error that says Printful does not support the on “hold order” status, and that I may encourage retail losses by relying on the “awaiting shipment” order status to fulfill orders

Hey! To sign up on TikTok Shop, can can either use your regular TikTok account or use a TikTok Seller account. We usually recommend using the seller account, however, if you chose your regular TikTok account, we'd suggest contacting TikTok Shop directly to understand to check if you can transfer your account from email-based to TikTok-based. 🙂
