Hey guys! Just want to give you a huge tip for starting your TikTok Shop print on demand store! - choose products that have fast production times for now. TikTok has an implemented 3-day shipping policy and while many people have been able to get around it, I recommend staying safe and choosing products that are quick shippers!! Every production partner on Printify is different so just check the times and be aware :) I’m making an updated video soon as I have been in talks with POD companies and TikTok about this!

Great Video Mac, however, my concern here is POD's meeting the TikTok 3-day tracking number issue. As you know they expect sellers to provide a tracking number scanned from the shipping company within 3 days. Is this possible and what is your opinion on this?

TT shop sellers are getting banned left and right because POD's can't meet the 3day rule from tiktok. This is a huge concern. Only way so far I heard to guarantee is to do rush shipping each time, but margins oof.

Second: I have seen some concern about tiktok rules regarding shipping times etc, and printfy (with production time + plus shipping) and perhaps printify generally takes too long to fit within tiktok model. Hi:) thank you! Yes I have been looking into this more but have not had an issue personally myself. I have been aware & only choosing suppliers on Printify with quicker production times which unfortunately means some items are off the table! I also recommend following the guidelines closely on TikTok bc I am noticing they are a bit strict - going to go deeper on this in the next video

Printify doesn't personalize on demand, right? When someone adds custom text like the couple names, do you have to update your Canva graphic and download in printify again?

As soon as I entered the Printify warehouse information and saved the change my store was suspended and deactivated. Tiktok asked for the following: Warehouse validation: ownership documents or leasing contracts, waybill showing delivery of inventory to warehouse, utility bills, video footage at warehouse location with packaging process - Evidence of alternative sales channels: business website, physical store location, and supporting documentation. All impossible to provide if you are doing POD. I appealed it and the appeal was denied bc this type of shut down is "ineligible for appeal".

Hi Mak, I've heard a lot of people are getting their shops shut down with this...when linked to printify especially. When you log onto printful though it says the shipping times to us are really long...do your or anyone else have info or success with either platform when linked to tiktok? I know it can be done but so many are having issues it seems.

Only possible in Asia, UK and America. That information would save some time for people who are trying.

I haven’t yet! Will update about this more in the next video I do on this topic. I suggest just being aware of the supplier you are choosing and their production time and if it’s more than 2 days maybe pick a different product

Do you know if Printify has obtained the exemption, on the 3 day required shipping, that would apply to print-on-demand using TikTok shop? I admit I am terrified to try and publish anything on my TikTok shop yet, as SO many people are having issues with TikTok, if items do not ship within 3 business days, and are actually loosing money or even having their shops closed due to not shipping on time.

I used Printify for TikTok shop and most of my orders got out in time, sometimes they were late but TikTok didn’t seem to care much about that. The only thing I’d be careful about is violations, so copyright infringement, trademarks, or even just products in your video. One day I got dozens of strikes and my store got shut down instantly with nothing I could do. They are still holding on to about $1500 of my earnings for another month or so (they hold for 90 days after suspension). It’s definitely worth it to make some money, but it’s also sketchy and the UI is not very great.
