Hi Mak! I love you content and its so helpful! I have two questions: 1. When you open an etsy store, should you stick to only one product like a tote bag, sweatshirt, t shirt, etc for your entire store? 2. Which product would you think is best for beginners to get lots of sales with and without personalization: tote bags, mugs, phone cases, or sweatshirts/t-shirts? I was wondering since I am confused about how to market my store and I don't want to seem all over the place or choose a unpopular product. Thank you!

Hi! Thank you! 1. I like to focus on niche specific stores but while selling different types of products! So for example if my niche is the nurse niche, I would list lots of different types of products (tshirts, hoodies,mugs,etc. that are designed or marketed for the nurse niche! 2. For products without personalization I’d recommend starting with are sweatshirts, mugs, totes, etc that are niche specific! Hope this helps:)

Do you think you could make a video explaining the Taxes part of this ? I have been watching your videos and it has truly inspired me to try and do this for myself. The only thing holding me back is when it’s time to do the taxes. Love your videos!

Great information! Thanks so much! The bag on Printify is different than the one the girl is selling on Etsy (the corners are squared off). Do you think this would make or break a sale, and if so, do you know where to get those types of bags?

I just opened my shop and used the link for free listings. But it’s not taking me anywhere other than a place that says open a shop today that does nothing when I click on it

I wonder what services cues you would use to do this in the UK.

I don’t accept them:) it’s in my Etsy policy as POD products are custom made I’m in the US so this is allowed

How so? There’s an outline of current total addressable market being sold into today, with a specific product and then a step by step on how to compete. No promise of hitting the same level of sales, it’s the building blocks and foundation to give you a chance to compete. Doing the work is what separates the complainers from the successful
