I was viewing the 28-minute video without realizing it. I don't usually leave comments on videos I watch, but this one is truly inspiring. Thank you for meaningful and enlightening content. ❤ God bless!
My friend from collage started selling homemade cakes and desserts. She bakes so good that most professors and classmates preferred to order from her than from a bakery. She got overwhelmed though, because it was hard to keep up with her biology major classes and her side business. She graduated and now is teaching people and teens how to bake as part of her business. 🏆

Reccomend to her to sell digital and physical recipes on etsy and other marketplaces, this could possibly be a success for her
I opened my shop in October 2023, selling digital products. To this day, I'm still figuring out what strategies are effective and which ones aren't. It wasn't until late December 2023, nearly three months after uploading my initial six designs, that I made my first sale. Surprisingly, after that initial sale, it only took about a week to make two more sales. The momentum continued to grow: in January, I reached a total of 22 sales, followed by 46 sales in February and 52 in March. Interestingly, I didn't make any changes during this time-no adjustments to tags or titles, and my product presentation remained basic, with just two pictures of each design and a simple title. Now, I'm eager to start my second Etsy shop, but I realize I still have a lot to learn about how Etsy functions, why my first shop succeeded, and why sales picked up so quickly after that initial breakthrough. And acutally.. Im kinda lost :D

Something similar happened to me. I started a shop of digital products on Etsy in January this year, almost 3 months later I made my first sale, then visits began to increase and also sales. Each week was better than the previous one in visits and sales. I was really motivated. Then, at the beginning of this month (June 2024) something happened ... I don't know what's wrong but over night visits and sales dropped down to a level seen in March. It's like I'm starting over again. I've made no sales since then, it's been 12 days since my last sale, I was making a sale every 2-3 days. I've checked the forum and there are a lot of people with the same issue. People that is running a bussiness for more than 15 years now and having lots of sales, from one day to the next visits and sales dropped considerably. It's weird. Anyway I keep going, it's an interesting way of selling stuff

@@andresgiuffre6810 I believe I’ve noticed that warm summer days impact sales. I sell Twitch designs for streamers, primarily targeting beginners. Many of them treat streaming as a hobby and are likely to prioritize real-life activities over streaming during the summer. i think as an Etsy seller, it's important to consistently upload new listings. I haven't added any new items for the past 2-3 months, which could be another reason for the decline in my monthly sales.

LOVED the analogy of spinning the wheel and the green vs. red slices. Then, you followed up by saying that it's all a bunch of learning experiences and everything builds upon those experiences. This is gold. Thank you.
I like your videos. I feel like they are most genuine. How you deliver your videos is so calm. The message is clear and clean with no bells and whistles. Plus I love how you urge people to really try. I've been hitting red for the last 2 years. I'll spin the wheel again! 🤞wish me luck! 😅

You got this!
Tim, you’re value system is exactly what the world needs! You’re absolutely right that businesses should think about what they’re good at and have true skill in- rather than trying to sell junk, you could sell something that is actually better and resolves a niche. Great values, great video!
Finally, someone who preaches profiting from your passion and skills, knowledge and solution to a pain point. You rock. Been inspired by you since you started selling stickers… People buy people.
This video is SO HELPFUL. I've only been researching digital marketing for a few weeks but I've been struggling with where to start. You are so knowledgeable and encouraging. I really appreciate how you've simplified concepts I've been feeling overwhelmed by. Thank you!
i do not comment on videos dawg fr, but this here really slapped me dead in the face. Love the fact u actually made sense while also keeping shit simple bro. Truly a mentally shifting piece of advice fro anyone out here really serious about building any online business you actually should care about. thanks !
Ive been selling digital products for 2 and a half years on etsy and have been able to go full time last year, and loved what you had said. Ive been wanting to start another and trying to see what to do but with ai everywhere you want the easy route. To do it right I agree completely with what you said by finding and becoming a part of your target audience group. While i do run etsy adds, my social media presence with such people has brought the most customers. In the end, digital products are great for people who dont have space to run a buisness out of their house, or move too much to get a office of sorts to make your products out of.
I started watching then realized how much knowledge you were dropping so I grabbed a pen and paper and started note-taking like i was in a freaking class🤣 now THATS a great KZreadr
Feels so warm when watching the last part. I can see that you’ve taught us with a sincere heart, not just for the sake of adsense. Am so glad that your video came up to my timeline. Respect. Thank you.
Honestly you have the best videos on KZread. So refreshing and informative.
Really appreciate you, you're the real deal. I've been researching for a couple weeks now, trying to decide if and how I can get into online shops/ digital content/affiliate marketing. There are SO many people out there that just say, you'll make $5000 a week! Follow these steps! It's just an ad for them, money for themselves. I appreciate you giving real advice without a gimmick.
One of the best videos on Digital Products. I don't usually comment but this was very clear and helped a lot!!
This is one of the better and more thorough free breakdowns I ever watched. Thank you
Your Etsy is advice is better than most videos I've seen, so concise and practical while being positive :)
WOW, all teachers should be like you. You are so so easy to watch and listen to, and to learn from. I have been going to start my shop for oooooooh don't know how long, but frightened of failing. But now, well now I am giving it a go. If I don't try, I will never know will I? You inspire with confidence 🙂. Thank You x
Thanks for the vid. I've been selling digital products a bit and what has helped me get a jump start is targeting holidays. Other than that, selling digital products as a "supplement" to something else you're already selling is a way to breakthrough.

Every step counts in life ❤️ loved the content Tim! All such great recommendations
Thanks, Tim. Your videos are great and very inspirational. They help me to have the courage to proceed.
Such valuable insight and advice. When I search ETSY-related videos, every youtuber seems to drop reference to Everbeee, marmalead, or sale samurai, or their masterclass. So its refreshing watching a video that does not have any of the advertisement fluff. Ive watched you since I started my ETSY shop last year, stopped and now Im trying to restart my shop again. And you have been consistently authentic on your uploads, some Ive even watched for advice on productivity/ life. (I actually wish you uploaded more, haha). Keep it up.
Tim, First off... Thank you for the amazing content! Hearing your concept of the red-green spin meant the world to me. I've been down for a while but hearing that made me want to get back up and keep trying to provide people the value they want. Thank you for all you do! Your fan, Michael
Whoa, thanks for sharing your knowledge on this Tim. Super helpful!
You’re so genuine and authentic, I’ve watched many of your videos and they always are informative. God bless you
I love the story in the end, man! Thank you for sharing so much value. I wish you best of luck !
Thanks for sharing, Tim! I’ve been binge watching videos about selling digital products and I appreciate that you give clear cut advice from actual experience. I just posted my first printable last night and just realized that I’ve priced it far too low. It feels uncomfortable pricing higher when everyone else with tons of sales are selling for $1 or even less.
Thank you Tim, I appreciate your gentle manner of speaking and the way you share information. Your approach makes me feel as though I could try and do things and see some success as well..eventually. Because when I see creators like yourself who are more chill in their approach -I think maybe there might be a place for me too. Thanks!
Thanks Tim! Love this video. Got me motivated again with Etsy.
Wow. This is the best video on digital products that I’ve seen! So much practical information with no fluff.
Thank you for the inspiration and motivation Tim.
This is the second video from your channel that I watched. Packed of information AND inspiration. Thank you for this video.
Brilliant video. Thank you Tim! Keep them coming.
This is the most upfront and transparent content about this topic I've ever come across. I've only seen ig posts about selling digital products but the post descriptions always gave me the ick because of the Hansel and Gretel approach. Thanks so much for your video, your insights were super valuable.
Such helpful advice Tim, thank you! Amazing video as always. Definitely going to tune in for future ones. God bless you!
That spin wheel analogy is really motivating thanks tim!
This video is so valuable. Thank you! You should do an in depth video on how to create digital products. This is something I’m interested in!
Thanks so much for sharing! I loved all of the sections, but I really liked your perspective on findings ideas that resonate with you, not just going with a market niche that doesn't interest you.
I rarely leave comments on videos, but I have to say that your video is extremely well put together and informative. As others have pointed out… your delivery is genuine and real something that is becoming rare in the KZread space…much success in your endeavors and please continue to take us along on the journey 😊
Magnificent video! Beautifully produced, with clear and practical advice. I especially loved the game analogy at the end. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Tim.. Thanks for your explanation about the price range. I think, I need to search for a new niche for my shop. Always wait for your new video Tim. Love it
I love your videos so much and you have such a nice and calming voice! Your content keeps me motivated. I keep spinning the wheel and I started getting some sales. Now it’s time to keep going and keep improving. Thank you so much!

I didn't realize that I watched this video since I started selling digital products in the effort to be able to no longer depend on my parents financially someday. It was not easy like most of digital product sellers in the beginning, but it will be worth it in the long run, because despite that, you'll pick up some learnings and knowledges along the way to be able to succeed in digital products.
Keep up the good work. Your a huge inspiration. Thanks.
Righteous Bro, Righteous!!!! Thank You. Just what the Doctor ordered

Really great content, I appreciate your work and super positive attitude! :)
Absolutely love this very authentic video! Thank you so much for all the Information, its so helpful! :)
an amazing analogy at the end thank you for this video!!!
Paid marketer here, and I cant agree more with the mentality you have shared about Organic (free) and Paid Marketing. Paid marketing will ONLY start to work efficiently (meaning making profits) AFTER you find your product-market-fit proven by earning some initial sales. Every dollars before that line is your testing to the market.
You are an amazing teacher!!
You’ve earned a subscriber! Straight forward.
I was surprised to learn from one of your videos that you're an introvert. I guess that shows how your content isn't full of hype yet it is very motivating.
New to your channel but loved the vibe here. Definitely will stay to see more. 👏
Abundance is coming your way in a massive way 💎Thank you so much 🙏🏼
This video is quite helpful for someone like me who is confused about starting. This video is relevant and valuable without any strings attached, unlike others who give information in exchange for course enrollment. ✌
Thank you for this valuable information. You explain this so easy to understand.
Great video! Love your game analogy
Thank you for the last part. It inspired me to try. Thank youuu
Thanks Tim 🙏 U R so good at teaching. I liked the end best w/ the spinning wheel analogy & sharing Ur failed business attempts.
Appreciate the step by step guide. definitely feels less daunting to try to start a digital product 👍🏻
I'll remember "spinning the wheel" b/c I'm about to quit my shop. I also like your approach. Keep it simple but focused. Thank you!

This video is so good! I have been selling digital products on Etsy for 2 years now and selling your products between $10-20 is the best place to grow your shop and bring consistent income. I also have a second shop with products in the $70-100 range, but they don't sell often and I don't recommend it if it's going to be a primary source of income. Thanks for the Etsy search recommendation, I look incognito too but never knew that I can change from star seller to best seller!

The hero we don't deserve but the hero we need 🙏 I appreciate this kind of content so much in the rise of low effort AI slop. The other day I was trying to research how to prepare cross stitch patterns. I found a video which I thought was made by an artist/designer, but when I saw they were using AI for both prompts and pictures, I noped out faster than you can say AI. Very pleased to see someone with real products and real tips ❤
Amazing!!! ❤ thanks for this content God bless you!
That Was Great ! THANKS !
Thank you! It has been so hard to find a video like this without it being another AI spammer. I really appreciated it.

Thank you for explaining! I always wondered how sellers are making money selling digital files for 0.50! Now I know....they're not! Love your channel btw!
inspirational! thank you! I'm spinning the wheel. Again. I believe in my products... They are still in the "red" zone, but I just love doing it.
